Hi, I purchased Screen yesterday and so far, so good. It’s great – thank you!

Please can you point me to the line in header.php to resize the logo on top left of theme? The default (182×44px) is too small for me at the mo.

I can find reference to it, but can’t see specific dimensions.

I have a little problem with this theme. I changed all the translate fields to Spanish. However, the home link does not change, it still displays as “HOME”

That is true. To translate the HOME into Spanish. You’ll have to change that in the hardcode. You need to search for this file. Please also check our Forum because you might find it there.

Hello hakerdesign,

Please go to admin and go to tab Screen. Choose Home and change background type into gallery, choose background gallery effect into Fade and upload your images.

i dont have a gallery option on the home tab

when i open the drop down i have dark medium light image video

no gallery option

and also i dont have gallery effect

What’s now? I couldn’t go into to the forum You need to approve me or am I missing something here.

Basically all good Except that I can find the place to upload pictures for the home page full screen photos( I’m not talking about one picture like you have in the theme option) I would like to have a slideshow like the demo website

You can visit the forum because you are a member. When you go to the wiki or helpdesk and want to submit a ticket, you’ll have to login ‘once more’ with your same account (only your first visit). You only have to make your account again ‘once more’ at the helpdesk-page of www.theme-dutch.com. After that you can submit a ticket.

Note: before you submit, you’ll have to login (or make your account again at the right side of the page)

VERY DISAPPOINTED !

I really like the look and the features of this theme, but I tried to get support. Mike de Leeuw of Theme-Dutch really treated me bad.

First it was difficult to get in touch. I have called 2 times and Helen kept telling me they were too busy. Than I tried to get answers through the support Forum. Still not even 1 reaction after 10 days. Than I have called again and they should call me back. Nothing happened. Than I called again, they asked me to fill in a ticket. Again didn’t get a reaction. After a few days I filled in another ticket. The first ticket seems to be dissapeared.

Than the support horror began. Mike de Leeuw of Theme-Dutch (studio Mikmak) started to treat me with real disregard. Everything I asked was just dumb, and it couldn’t be the problem of the Theme. He told me to reinstall everything. Something I had done already offcourse. Then he told me he could do the install again, and I have to pay him $99 an hour. Just pretending I am silly.

The problem is when I have the theme activated I cannot insert pictures into posts. I get the blank screen of death.

I have told it is an urgent problem!

After one week of deadly dull conversation it leads to nowhere, the problem isnt solved yet. Mike just kept saying it is not his problem I am experiencing. I have proven it is because of the theme, because when I activate another theme I do not experience the problem, I can insert pictures without any problem.

I have told Mike de Leeuw of Theme-Dutch (studio Mikmak) I would put the whole thing on themeforest if he would continue treating me bad. And guess what? He did. Well… This is the way it went, so everyone considering a purchase may know.

I really regret all this because I really like the way the Theme-Dutch themes looks.

Maybe someone else is willing to help me.

I downgraded to version 1.2 just so I can use CUFON because you removed CUFON .

Now there’s a new problem – the post images do not show in the blog. What’s wrong again.

Hello, I bought “Screen”. I don’t have a contact-page. But anyway I get a lot of spam!!!! Although comments are not alowed.

During the last 2 hours i received 30 spam mails. Every Spam mail with signature: Powered by Theme Dutch (www.theme-dutch.com)

Is it possible to use a .swf as a background?

The .swf is controlled by a .xml file and also includes a google map.

I am very interested in your template but do need to know if this is possible before I purchase.

Hell,

I buy this theme and I like it, however I have 3 critical problems I neeed to solve:

1. I install the WPML plugin and intend to have two different image galleries, one in English and another in Portuguese. The problem is that when I insert the post to Portuguese it only lets me select categories created for the Portuguese language and that category will not appear in “screen – Gallery ”. How can I solve this problem?

2. All requests for information we receive will go to SPAM . What can I do or What Theme Dutch do?

3. I can not find a way to translate a second language to the Home page,do you have a solution?

This really is a STUPID and TIME CONSUMING way to get support!

I have sent you an email with my licence code and I have created a user profile.

Now – I have been in webdev for 20 years but even I can’t work out how to access the helpdesk to enter a ticket.

so can you do whatever you have to do to activate my account so that I can put a support request in.

I don’t want to have to write my issues here BUT YOU REALLY NEED TO MAKE YOUR SUPPORT ACCESSIBLE with ONE registration!!!!!
