I try to help you Please login to our website and then go to the helpdesk page At the helpdesk page you’ll have to register once more, using the same account info Then you have full access to every department. You have to do this ‘the first time’ you want to submit a ticket.

Apologies for not being clear. I only want to know if the width of the page can be decreased in order to remove the horizontal scroll bar that shows at the bottom of the browser window.
When I purchased your earlier theme there was no horizontal scroll showing, now with this update there is.
The theme is really good.

We have had the same problem with the scroll bar at the bottom of IE (7-9). There is a forum thread that asks this question. Myself and another gentlemen have commented – there has been no response. See that thread here. If we could get an answer, that would be great.

Hello! This seems like a very silly question but I have no idea what to do. I have WordPress 3.2, I have enable the ’’Screen Options’’ – Discussion and everything but the ’’allow comments’’ is still not showing anywhere. I thought of removing the code in the comments.php but it seems to complicated for little issue like this. Is there anything I’m missing? Thank you in advance! ( I have posted the issue on the forum but no answers yet).

URGENT .. SCREEN 1 .4 ISSUE
Hello, since I upgraded Wordpress to 3.2.1 the “Upload/Insert” buttons do not work anymore… that only happens on the couple of sites I used SCREEN 1 .4 on.. the other Worpdress sites using other templates and which are also upgraded to WP 3 .2.1 function properly..
Did anyone else run into this ?

PS: Also.. another topic: when it comes to LINKED IN : I think it’d be better if you did not put the linkedin url’s with the /in as this can create wrong addressing.. for example I have client whose linkedin is:
http://www.linkedin.com/company/picsaddikts-le-studio if I had the “in” it’d point to another page.. not even sure how that happens since that page does not have the same name at all.. in any case it is not hers.. http://www.linkedin.com/in/company/picsaddikts-le-studioIn any case I had to remove the /in inside the php files and it be simpler not to have the URL formatted as such in the first place. If people need it they can add it in the WP admin itself.
