Unzip the file you downloaded from ThemeForest first.
Thanks. I did not see the separate self.zip file. Installed into WordPress without issues.

How do I enable the ”+” Navigation menu option? I was able to create a menu but they are static links to the pages I created. How do you invoke the dynamic menu as shown on the live demo?

I really want this theme and can wait if a blog will be added soon. Otherwise, I’ll just have to go with the Summit them.
My apologies, but I probably won’t be adding a blog to this theme any time soon. I have newer themes with higher priorities (just simply because they’re selling better). Sorry about that!
