For some reason the menu is not working in IE 9 , any thoughts on how to correct this?

Hey Joseph, sorry to hear you’re having issues with the theme. I’ll make sure to check it out. If you’re having problems logging into the forums, then there is an issue with your purchase ID.

Hi, i am interested in buying 
I will be using it as a photography site ( i am not a blogger)... will i be able not to have the blog menu that at the bottom of the home page? as well, in the portfolio page, i do not want the drag over menu (read more/slideshow) i would prefer it just enlarged. is this possible?

Thanks for your interest in the theme! As per your questions:
1) Yes, you can use the theme without having a blog
2) Yes, but some JavaScript code (which I provide in the Support Forums) would be needed in order to have a regular lightbox.
