Hi, I have a client who is already using this theme. They are having issues with the theme options panel (in modules). When you click ‘save options’ it immediately loads the front end of the shop and doesn’t actually save the content/changes. Have you experienced this before? Many thanks Dan

Thanks, I have purchased a license (the clients original developer purchased theme) and will send you a support message. many thanks

Hi, I have added a support message in the forums, but I haven’t had a response as yet. Please can you advise.

I know that under the terms of the license I can use the product only on one site.
But I always make a copy of the site on localhost (to check for updates, etc.).
Will I be able to work with your product on my localsite and on a real site with one purchase code?
I need this to work is not first on localhost, and then on a real site, but at the same time (simultaneously) …
Will I be available all the features without entering a key (license) in the localsite?

However, the license will be activated only on the real site.

You don’t need license code to install our themes. It is only required, if you want to register in the support forums.

Furthermore, localhost (and testing installation) does not count as an end product, so do not worry about license.

Noooo! It can’t be true! I can’t believe my eyes!

You have resurrected the old Shoppica2. You people brought it back to the world of the living all the way to OC2.2 with all the bells and whistles.

You have made my day, probably, you might have made my month.

Hi ThemeBurn,

I like the new business strategy. I think you will soon take off like a rocket. Congratulations!

Please look into the admin access because the credentials are not working.

Best regards,

Hi José,

Admin access is not fixed. Thanks for submitting the problem.

Glad you like the new platform. We’ve really put a lot of efforts to bring a solid base that can be used for any of our themes. This will bring fast updates for all products and there won’t be any 2-3 years delay like the Shoppica case :) Hope all this work will repay..

ThemeBurn team

Thanks for reaching back Svetoslav.

It will definitely pay off.

If you don’t mind me expressing my opinion why not a one theme does it all, like some of the top sellers? One fits all, that is, all in one theme? It has been done successfully in this market on Opencart and Wordpress.

Do you know what I mean? Who gets Shoppica gets Pavillion with all it’s variations and Kiddos and vice-versa.

Less work for the team and you can concentrate in adding more features and skins every time.

I wish you people the best,

So have you finally started to support OC 2.X and above?

Yes, Shoppica now supports OC 2.x. Please, have in mind however, that you need to use the Shoppica 3.x branch and setup your theme from scratch. There is no direct update from Shoppica 2 to 3.

Thank you for purchasing Shoppica! We would gladly answer all of your questions. We want to note, however, that support is provided from our forum only, as stated in the theme description.

You will need to register with your ThemeForest username, email and the purchase code from your license certificate. The login password will be e-mailed to you immediately.

Hi, does your theme support full-width designs? Do you have a demo for your drag & drop functionality?

I’m comparing Journal to the following design. Can Journal achieve this?

Also, can the CSS be modified directly from the opencart admin dashboard or do I have to hack the files via FTP?

1) Yes, theme supports full width designs too. You can take a look at one of our other themes. It could be more suitable for you:

2) Yes, you can insert custom CSS and JS from the theme control panel. You don’t need to edit any files on the server.

3) You can see theme settings in action here:

Hi, for your category / brand listing pages, do you offer slider style filtering? Journal doesn’t support slider filter for anything else other than their price.

My products comes with a wide variety of width / length / height attributes, and I hope to allow my visitors the ease of simply sliding the scale to find what they want, instead of listing out EVERY width / length / height and my visitors have to move the scroll bar to find what they need.

Unfortunately, Shoppica does not offer any type of built-in filter (except the default OC one).

You can however you the Mega Filter Pro/Plus plugin, which is completely compatible. It has the slider style filtering for product options.
