Hi Themeburn,

Lykke here, logged in to my clients account.

I just purchased Shoppica, but after install I tried to activate the theme, but I got an error and the whole site stopped working. I removed the theme directly from server, but the domain went blank.

THEN – I went to sign up for your support forum. I used this envato username and my purchase code, I tried with my mail(prefered) and with the email connected to this account, but I am getting “Use e-mail from your envato account”....

Then I removed wordpress (luckily a fresh installation) and tried to reinstall – now that’s not working. I will solve the WP installation in the morning, but I expect to get the same fatal error when I try to reinstall and activate Shoppica…

I can’t get support access, so I’m writing here, hoping for a quick reply, on how to handle this problem. I REALLY don’t like having to spend money on a developer to fix the theme!

Hi! I’ve just bought this theme and I find it very very nice! I have a pair of questions:

1) I’ve tried upgrading Visual Composer to the last version available but it seems the theme is heavy dependent on the Visual Composer bundled with it. Is there any way to upgrade Visual Composer?

2) Just a hint: I installed Yoast SEO plugin and it complains about the hardcoded description in the header.php file. I fixed it by creating a child theme and copying/modifying header.php file in the child theme.

3) I couldn’t find the color schemes you used in the demo site. Neither the documentation clarify this part so I’m here asking: how can I get those different color schemes?

I’m still in a development stage so I’ll come with more questions in case :) Thanks a lot now for this theme!

1) For the moment visual composer is built-in and you cannot upgrade. However we are preparing an new versoin, where every third party plugin will be installable and can be updated separately. Hopefully it will be available in a couple of weeks.

2) Thanks for the hint. We will include the fix with the update.

3) The color schemes from the demo are not built-in and are just different color settings from Theme Options panel :)

I have a little problem with the registration form in My Account page. I fill everything but it doesn’t create an account, it just refreshes the page. Any advice regarding this issue?

Through the checkout page account is successfully created but with no email notification with the username and password. Help!

I have this theme for opencart, just transfered my client to woocommerce so I’ve bought the same theme again. However, I get

I recently installed Shoppica on my site along with a plug-in called WP Products Designer. Within the plug-in I am able to add additional fonts that customers can use to customize their product. I have installed a dozen or so fonts thru the plugin admin area but they are not working. I reached out the plugin author and they told me it is a conflict with the theme. Any help would be appreciated.
