I bought this theme because it specifically said that it is WPEC supported. My site is not able to run current version of WPEC due to the Author of Shoppica refusing to keep it compatible.

ALSO Visual Composer doesn’t work and hasn’t worked for over 6 months. Me and others are just left with sites that we have a hard time editing because of visual composer not working.

I have tried in vain to get my issues resolved by the Author in the support forum but nothing is being done.

There are others with WOO issues that are also being ignored- so I am not alone.

Don’t make promises you can’t keep and then leave your customers hanging with sites that don’t work. I am writing on here because you are ignoring me in the support forum.

This theme WAS awesome and now I am stuck. Very very disappointing. All I want is that you keep my site compatible so that it works as it should with your theme.

We have been waiting for the update which fixes Visual Composer for months. We are just about to change theme in frustration. Can you tell us if the update is going to be released in the next few days?

Woocommerce is not compatible .. After installing woocommerce widgets don’t show up..

Sorry, forgot my support forum login. The forgot password isn’t working. That’s why I’m here.

You guys fixed it by changing the screen.css.variables.php file.

Today I ran all the updates, installed the latest version etc. Then I edited the screen.css.variables.php file and put in my new database.

The layout does become a bit better, but it still doesn’t show the page like it should. Colors are missing, things are out of place etc.

I duplicated the website and installed it here: http://kl.xeh.ch/

Any chance you could perform the same magic you did last time to fix the layout?

I’d like to ask you why you don’t answer to our problems in the forum. I posted serveral questions regarding bugs, the last 16 days ago, and we still didn’t get any answer from you.

Have you abandoned the theme development of the theme? Would you care answering us regarding bugs in the template?

It’s very urgent your reply in order to let Themeforest, and especially who bought the theme, that you no longer care about this theme or yes. In that case we kindly ask you to answer to our questions.

you’ve released the new template without any documentation to manage footers (http://support.themeburn.com/topic/shoppica2-no-footer-widget-areas), no demo data (see comments above) and no possibility to replicate the demo site in shoppica-wordpress.com .

In the forum you don’t partecipate anymore and you don’t reply to our questions here.

We wish your help or, somehow, we need to inform others to don’t buy your themes, themeforest may say his word about it.
