I just purchased this theme last week and everything was fine until I built the home page (using your instructions).

Now, the site loads incredible slow on the front end, taking anywhere from 45 seconds to 3 minutes (no exaggeration).

I only included the WooCommerce plugin and when that didn’t work I deleted it and tried WPeCommerce, but that didn’t help either. I’ve disabled all other plugins and I even contacted the host provider. They too seem to believe its my theme.

I’ve also tried other themes, which load with no hassle.

Can you please advise me on what the issue could be?

hi, I want to buy, but have one question.

is it possible to disable the lightbox image popup? and display all images in the main product window? because lightbox doesn’t work nicely on mobile devices.

The lightbox plugin is disabled for mobile devices. There is the picture only and when you tap on it the next one shows instead.

1) Is it possible to have a menu with images and shop by category like the one we see in this theme: http://mercor.premiumcoding.com/demo.php

Hi,

1) You can have a multi column megamenu, but you can’t have anything else than links inside.

2) If you are not logged you shop like guest. If you are logged all fields are filled automatically. Generally, we wanted to keep most of the default markup so it could be easier and faster to provide upgrades on WooCommerce updates.

3) Yes, if could be done. You will have to get the plugin for multilanguage support thought.

4) Everybody can register freely from here:

Hi ThemeBurn, thank you for replying. The problem is that if the client is not logged in, there is no reminder in the checkout process for them to login. If the user forget to login he will fill all the data again. That is why most of the checkout process ask the user in which way they want to proceed (client, guest) before requesting to fill the data. But per your answer I realize this is not possible in your theme. thank you

Is there a section in the theme options to change the color of Shoppica’s body/content/wrapper or do I have to do that in the CSS code?

Hi there, I like to buy this theme as I think the design is simple and elegant. I was browsing around the theme preview and I cannot find the multi language switcher. So my question is: can we use shoppica with WPML and a multi language switcher somewhere in the header or menu? Thanks in advance for your reply

For the moment there is no automatic language switcher, but we can help you to integrate it.

On checkout page, If you open the coupons box and you submit the checkout form with errors, the error message merge/mix with coupons box. (Chorme)

I fixed it with adding clearfix class on coupon form.

Hey,

I bought the theme and have installed it on www.bepurehealth.com.au and have installed the woocommerce plugin and when i go to add new product or add new category it comes up with a fatal error message:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_enqueue_media() in /home/bepure/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/admin/woocommerce-admin-init.php on line 420

Do you know why this is happening.

Great them. However, I can not upload images from the media library into the product page. I have to upload it from my computer in order to see it. The problem start when I have duplicate images – so I must upload it again and again. It is more than dubble my site size. Any idea how can I solve it?

You have the option to choose between a lightbox popup or zoom action for product gallery. For the WP demo we have enabled a lightbox popup gallery.

You can check the OpenCart version; this is the same behavior as in WordPress.
