PERFECT IN EVERY WAY. SERIOUSLY ELEGANT AND VERY HIGH STREET STORE!
BTW The product light box is not working.
WILL BUY NEXT WEEK
The product lightbox is works, mate. Click the “eye” below product image. Cheers!
Seems okay now as cloud zoom wasn’t coming up! Love this theme!!
Yep, cloud zoom applied on single product page. So you still have some “share” for pageview rate. The idea: when user feels “OK” about current product they’re looking via product lightbox, I’m sure they will go through detail product page for detail image (original or detail by zooming image, maybe) so you’ll have some conversion rate (value) for “visitors that turn into buyers”. It’s a UX area for visitor to make a decision.
Even maybe users still feels “OK” about the product via product lightbox/preview, they also can bought the item by clickin the action button without go through the detail page, mate.
Thanks for the heads up, appreciate it. Cheers!
Is there a way to add category banners?
Do you mean for the homepage? It’s on the list milestone, also for the page with full banner from each category. Upcoming in next update. Next shipping on May 4th-5th.
Anything else to ask? Thank you.
I want to purchase this theme, however when you add a product to the cart, it does not update automatically. It only reflects the changes when the page is refreshed.
Is this a problem that you’ve came across?
In what demo you found this issue? WooCommerce or WPeC?
Although, we have tried both of them, and it seems work well.
You can see that the Your Cart dropdown in the top right section is updated after you click “add to cart” in one of the product.
I tried it on http://demo.nesia.me/wp/shoppinggo/ and it did not update the cart automatically. On http://demo.nesia.me/wp/shoppinggo-wpec/ it would not let me add a product to the cart at all on the homepage, however on the product detail page it updated the cart perfectly.
What browser do you use to test the demo?
Do you still have the trouble?
Also, when on an iPhone, you can’t click the “view cart” or the “checkout” buttons on the dropdown. It wants to click the slider in the back leading you to the flickr image. Please let me know if this gets resolved so I can purchase this theme.
Ok, we’ll check this issue.
But just to be sure, did you try this on http://demo.nesia.me/wp/shoppinggo/ ?
Yes, that’s the URL I tested it on. I REALLY want to use this theme asap, I LOVE it. Keep up the good work!!
Also, on mobile devices, the cart page the responsive design needs to be coded differently. You have to scroll to the right to see the “update cart” and “proceed to checkout” which is horrible for conversion rates, and not to mention really confusing.
The responsive design for the cart page is indeed intended to use the scrollbar. Because it has a lot of column and none of them allowed to be hidden.
So we’re forced to use this way.
Would it be possible to make the “update cart” and “proceed to checkout” buttons below the scrolling are so the user can find the buttons easier? I feel like they get lost in the mix.
Thanks for buying Shoppinggo !
We’ll consider your request for future release. For now, we’ll keep it this way since this Cart page is crucial to WooCommerce process and it will be too risky to move or remove components in it.
If you still need further support from us regarding this theme, please post it at our forum http://support.nesia.me
We’ll be waiting there
I’m really green but I don’t see social media icons on your demo…. can that be added?
We have the social media icons / sharing buttons in the demo.
Or do you have something else in mind?
I don’t see the social media icons… fb, twitter, etc… please direct me to where they might be in the demo… i’m missing it.
Here’s the screenshotto find the share buttons: http://awesomescreenshot.com/07e1856kcd

Wow, great theme Nesia.
Can you add BuddyPress support as well?
We’re not planning to put it in our current timeline.
But surely we’ll consider this in the future.
Thanks for your suggestion!
Interested in your theme. Do you have the option to use column shortcodes or is the layout completely by a page builder?
Thanks for your interest
Not sure with what you mean by ‘column shortcodes’.
But if you’d like to see samples of shortcodes available for the theme, you can see it in our demo here: http://demo.nesia.me/wp/shoppinggo/fullwidth/
Note: Nesia Shortcodes is available as a separate plugin. If you’d like to have it, please make a request in our Support Forum http://support.nesia.me after you buy this theme.
We’ll be waiting for you
I’m definitely interested. I’m not a fan of page builders and noticed you use one for the homepage. My question primarily is, do you have a shortcode to add columns within the html text editor rather than just being widgetized or a page builder for other pages. i.e. [one_half]content[/one_half] or the like. I like to control the layout through the text editor. I don’t care to install plugins as well for shortcodes. Will they be responsive?
Yes we have, check the page i mentioned before. At the bottom of the page there is “Grid System Shortcode”, you can insert columns with that shortcodes, and yes it is responsive, you can check that page from mobile phone.
Love the theme. The BIG image front awesome. I dont like that the Quick Look feature is so mute. Its one of those features that you rarely see well executed on TF. Consider moving it to the hover on products.
Otherwise, this is on my shortlist for an upcoming project. I hope you guys keep up with the updates on this one.
Peace & Love.
Thanks for your feedback dennisbundi.
We’ll put it on our consideration.
If everything goes well, we’re planning to release an update in the end of this May. So, stay tune.
I’m almost done with building my shop.
But there is 1 problem.
I have two shipping methodes set-up in woocommerce (pick it up yourself, and ship it to an address). When I checkout, I can click the bulletpoints and the shippingcosts are added to my bill.. but then the bulletpoint gets ‘unchecked’ again.
So when I want to place my order, I get the error message that my shipping method is invalid.
How can I fix this?
Have you tried this shipping methodes with the default theme of WordPress such as Twenty Twelve? Does it work normally?
If it doesn’t, then you might want to ask this problem to the plugin developer (that is WooThemes) since the issue might come from the plugin, not the theme.
In the contrary, if this methods works normally on Twenty Twelve, but not in Shoppinggo, please post your problem here on our Support Forum http://support.nesia.me
You may need to give your URLs or some screenshots/screencast to describe your problem better.
We’ll be waiting
I tried it with another theme and it works perfect. So I guess the problem lies within your theme.
Posted a note on your support forum! Thanks:)
Thanks for joining our Support Forum
We’ll follow up your inquiries there.
Hi, I just purchase this theme. it’s so great!
I use with woocommerce and just install on my wordpress localhost.
the featured image of product not display. How can I fix this?
Thank you ^^
We’ve seen that you have fixed the featured image problem, so we’ll go to your next problem in your next comment
Hi, Sorry now I can make it show the featured image. But when I click at eye icon to show quick view. it is showing a blank lightbox.
Hi, have you activate the permalinks option? If you haven’t, you can activate it in Settings > permalinks. For now, quick preview won’t work if using default permalinks, we will fix this in next update.
Hi again phraisohn,
For the quick view problem, please try to replace your js/script.js with the one in the following link:
If you still have some problems, please post it on our Support Forum http://support.nesia.me

You’re welcome, phraisohn.

Please help us to be five stars item ratings by customer.
Here’s how to give rating for our item(s): Just go to your download page on TF http://themeforest.net/user/phraisohn/downloads then you should see our item (Shoppinggo) and rating stars on the right side.
Thanks in advance
I will for sure now. ^. More question please, Can i make slide show in the homepage ‘auto’ slide? Thanks. ^
Yap. Go to Page for Homepage (or maybe you have different name for homepage) on the left side you’ll see “Nesia Homepage Builder” click on the “active elements for homepage”, maybe you have Default slider or camera slider then you’ll see setting for “auto slide” section.
Set it up with your own interval per each slide, mate. Or you can see our documentation for Shoppinggo for this section in here
Help us by give Shoppinggo 5-stars rate from you. Thanks, mate!
Ok. Thank you buddy. I rated 5 stars for you already with a wonderful work and support ^^.
Great. Thanks, mate.
I just upload to onliner server, Everything work well on my localhost but when I uploaded to my server and click add to cart. Then my page is blanked! How to resolve? you can visit here http://thelistfashion.com/ Thanks
When we try to add one of your product to cart http://thelistfashion.com/product/toffee-tootsie-rolls/ it was added successfully.
Here’s the screenshot: http://awesomescreenshot.com/0c71erqzeb
And when we proceed to the Cart page, the item was also there.
In which product or page (please give us the URL) that make your site blank?
And what browser did you use to test your site?
Hi my friend,
I test with Good Chrome and Safari. Maybe it my computer problem. Let me check with other computer. Thanks for your reply ^^
You’re welcome phraisohn.
Hope you can get this matter solved.
If you need further assistance, don’t hesitate to post it on our Support Forum http://support.nesia.me
1. I would like to know if I can use this template as a “catalogue mode”
2. Can I customize the background colors?
1. Could you be more specific with what you mean by “catalogue mode” ?
2. Yes, you can. Please go to our demo at http://demo.nesia.me/wp/shoppinggo/ and you can try the available custom setting using the Live Setting (the gear icon/button on the top right of the screen http://awesomescreenshot.com/00c1cb7b93 )
This is another double post, but here again we copied our answers from before

I bought this theme. But I dont’ know how to set the pages such as the home page, the menus .. and so on. Is there any turtoial for me?
And I like the samples that in the ‘Item details’, can I use them directly?
Please read our documentation first at http://demo.nesia.me/wp/wp-content/themes/shoppinggo/docs/index.html
You can find it also on your download files in WP-Shoppinggo/DOCS

I am still confused about how to configure a homepage and how to set a page as my homepage.
To configure a homepage, you need to create a page and choose “Homepage” as your Page Template.
For more information about “Page Template” please read http://codex.wordpress.org/Pages#Page_Templates
Does the theme has the currency converting ability?
The currency converting you’re asking should be handled by the plugin.
You might want to explore and read the documentation of WooCommerce (and its extension) capability first.
Is there a way to change the location of the single product image thumbnails? I’d like them to go down the right side of the main image instead of below the image.
Unfortunately, the theme doesn’t have any option to do that.
In order to achieve what you mentioned above, you’ll need to customize the theme by yourself.
