Hi there!

Custom slider -> open home-widget-template.php and find line 20. There is a require statement for showtime sliders. You can simply replace this statement with your custom code

Call To action -> It’s located in Fresh Panel -> homepage -> call to action

Hi there. So we have about 50 sites using the Showtime theme, and all of a sudden – literally overnight – the image links in the slider are broken for nearly all of them. We didn’t update or change anything, can support shine some light on this problem?

More info: existing links were absolute, i.e. “http://www.1010midtowncondos.com/images/1010midtownpatio.jpg” but changing them to relative solves the problem, i.e. ”/images/1010midtownpatio.jpg.” Any idea why? Are we really going to have to change over 250 links manually? Tell me no!

I really like this theme but it displays horrible in mobile devices.

It’s useless unless it can be viewed without error on mobile devices.

Hi Freshface,

I have purchased this template in the past and I love it totally!

I now wonder, can I also turn this theme into a membership site? I would love to add a button in the menu that says “Members” so I can turn this theme into a membership site. Is this possible? How would you go about this?

And secondly, can I connect an online shop within this theme? I am thinking off adding either a ‘stand alone’ shop or an amazon affiliate shop to my site and I wonder if you maybe have suggestions on how to add a shop to my theme so that it looks integrated with the theme.

This is such a beautiful theme by all standards but honestly not being able to embed videos in the slider, and not being to create video/audio posts as well as no woocommerce support just makes me feel like it’s a such a shame that such a theme doesn’t have those features

Hi,

I’m working on setting up my blog but I have not figured out yet how to integrate the blog into the menu. I am able to create posts but then I am stuck.

Do I need to create a page called blog and assign a blog template? But I see no blog template. And how do I attach the posts to the blog?

I have watched the blog video but there is no sound on all the video’s so I can only draw from what I see happening on the screen…

1.) Create Category called Blog

2.) insert some posts into this category

3.) Appearance -> Menu -> Insert the Blog category here

4.) Appearance -> Widgets -> drag the “Custom Menu” widget to the “Navigation” sidebar
