Hey, now I’ve spent my own money to purchase another copy of this theme. Although it was worth it, since this version is the most recent version (v3.3). But my website still looks retarded. What is wrong??? The slider is missing and all the menu stuff is all messed up. I’ve never used this theme before, so is there some sort of step-by-step installation tutorial I’m supposed to walk through first, to understand how the theme works? Or is it supposed to just automatically look stunning once I activate it. The “Live Preview” you have looks amazing, but I don’t know how to get my site to even look similar…? :confused:

Two things! First, I found the tutorial, and my site is coming together nicely now. Secondly, is there a way for me to edit my logo name into the standard “Showtime” logo design, except with my text? Or do I need to create my entire header from scratch? Thanks for all the help by the way!

Hi there!

When you download the package from themeforest, it contains several folders. One of them is called PSD -> there you will find all the PSD files, both BIG (that’s what you call WITH EFFECTS I think) and SMALL.

Hi there!

When you download the package from themeforest, it contains several folders. One of them is called PSD -> there you will find all the PSD files, both BIG (that’s what you call WITH EFFECTS I think) and SMALL.

I am using the 3d front page that rotates through the different images. I left the links blank, so that clicking on them doesn’t do anything. But is there a way I can change the mouse pointer to the default cursor when it hovers over the pictures, instead of looking like each picture is a link? Maybe custom CSS?

Add this to the very bottom of your style.css file:

.intro_home.intro_home_3d { cursor: pointer!important; }

in style.css line 257 you find margin: 0 auto;
Change this to margin: -20px 0 auto 0;

Hi, I am having trouble inserting the 3d slider into my page in wordpress. I can setup a slide show by adding slides, but then how do I actually add the slideshow to my page? I don’t see it in widgets, do I have to use shortcode?

Hello. Buy this theme and like it. Have two problems: 1) How I can change image “Show them your Work or Product”? 2) Choose Russian language in “Cufon”, but looks like it not work. How to fix it?

Hi there!

1. Simply upload an image called intro_text.png to the folder Showtime/gfx

2. The cufon set that is provided with the theme does probably not work with russian characters. You will probably have to download a new cufon set for that.

I have an older version of this theme, and I am trying to update some of the files to make it look correct in all browsers. I am currently having an issue with the cufon fonts showing up in IE9. I see you have a fix for that in your updates. Just wondering what files I should upload to fix this. thanks.

It’s really hard to say which files have been altered for a specific bugfix since developing an update requires a lot of investigation and jumping between files. We did not record the file changes, sorry!

Hi,

I purchased this but the pagenation at the bottom of the portfolio is not displaying. I’m using 3 columns with sidebar, I have 9 posts per page with 12 posts uploaded. Only the 9 display and the page numbers at the bottom do not come up.

How can I fix this?

having trouble with the search feature of the theme and the NextGEN gallery posts. I have a bunch of galleries with items in them and when I search for a particular model # for instance it doesn’t pull up any of the galleries or pictures with descriptions I have done.

If you could give me some guidance or suggestions on how to get those gallery posts included on the search that would be great.

1242 – Nextgen does have a “fix” with a plugin, but I think it would be nice to have that written into the theme so when there is updates to the theme we don’t have to write the fix into the search files…. might want to check these pages out…
