Can we expect a wp version soon, I hope so cause I will definitely buy it, Awesome theme!
I plan on starting the WordPress conversion tomorrow. I hope to have it done within two weeks and hopefully well before that.
Hey my friend,
thanks for your next theme, I was waiting a long time for another great fullscreen bg theme and now you finally made it.
Excellent design and I really love the horizontal portfolio and the hidden menu.
Good luck with sales.
Thanks Massix.
ohhhhhhhh wordpress pleeeeaaasee
Hi there,
what a beautiful theme! love it!
looks like that the h1 font does not work in IE8 ?
Fonts look different in Firefox 3.6.13 an IE8
does this template require CS5 ? because i receive a lot of error messages when i start validation…
Keep it up!
It’s HTML5 so it might not validate in anything other than a HTML5 validator http://html5.validator.nu/.
The CSS3 elements work in all modern browsers but it should not effect the usability at all in IE and older browsers.
The fonts are @font-face and how they are rendered is completely down to the browser. It’s the same font, I assure you, some browsers just don’t render fonts too well.
Very unique and nice design.
I would like to see some further tweaks though, e.g. other horizontal sites I’ve seen usually have some sort of next or arrow button to move horizontally giving a visual cue as to how to navigate, rather than just relying on the scroll bar.
I think visitors are used to being able to click on the image in a gallery or portfolio to open the image in a lightbox rather than having to click on a specific button.
Hitting the expand button in the lightbox filled the page beyond the browser viewport yet sliding the horizontal scroll bar does not scroll the image, it scrolls the page underneath, and the only way to close the lightbox it to hit the escape key, which some visitors might not be aware of.
1.) The arrow indicating the page scrolls is a good idea that I will look at implementing.
2.) Agree about clicking the entire image and not just the text link. The reason it is how it is at the moment is because I reused code from another element on the template.
3.) The lightbox was a tricky area as it did not support horizontal scrolling at all. What I have implemented was a work around that got it working on horizontal scroll and vertical scrolling pages. It’s not perfect but that the best it’s going to be.
This is Tight… I am def. going to put this to good use! Great Job!
EugeneO,
Thanks for the suggestion.
This theme is breathtaking! As soon as the wordpress theme is released, I will buy it!
Love the theme will purchase the Wordpress version when its ready. A few points i thought may make it run a little smoother, could these be implemented easy
1. when you slide left and right the footer should remain central and not scroll.
2.. When you click on the Blog could it have blog categories slide out?
What do you mean by the blog categories? Do you mean in the navigation menu on the left?
The fixed footer will be in the next update which I will upload tomorrow. It is something that I wanted to change but I wasn’t sure how neatly it could be implemented because of the way the pages are structured with other fixed elements. I have just made the changes and it seems to work okay down to 1024×768 resolution which is the absolute smallest the template is designed for.
nice template !!!
this will be a fantastic wordpress theme, exactly the sort of thing i’ve been looking for.. super innovative & creative.
my only suggestion is… in the ‘Grid Portfolio’ when you roll over the pictures, I really don’t like the big oversized white box with text – forcing you to click +More to view the image. design flaw. I think it should immediately go to the image brightening & lightbox.. personally.
If you don’t have the white box when you hover over the image you won’t know what the portfolio item actually is until you click it.
KUDOS !!! Any plans in the future to support a html5 video background?
Gambinog: mouse wheel suggestion would be great.
Best wishes
I originally had support for self hosted video but it the player I was using caused problems with the portfolio filter jQuery so it was removed but I will probably readd it for the WordPress version. I do not plan on adding video backgrounds.

+2 morePretty cool! I like it.
i dont knwo why, but in Firefox, the contact form works perfect, but in IE it just shows the loading.gif and nothing happens…
I’ll look into it.
The IE contact form problem has been fixed in the next update. You can fix it yourself by adding the contact form page’s URL to the contact forms action attribute on line 60 or contact.php.
<form method="post" action="http://www.contact-form-url.com" id="contactForm" />Hey! Great looking theme, looking forward to that WP version. How is it coming? Thanks in advance, I’m quite excited about trying it out
WordPress version is coming together well. I’m confident it will be ready by the end of the week.
Cant wait for the WP version! Can you make a Tumblr version too?
Damn, waiting on the WP version! Will definitely buy if WP!
Do you think there is any way that this can be converted into a WordPress theme by any chance. Something similar to Big Picture even. Would seriously consider buying if it was done
