Stay away from this app. There is no support. I have a client that had this installed on their web site and they are unable to change the admin password. They have the admin pass but the profle link is dead. They fear that a terminated employee might gain access to their web site content. Since they cannot change the password and author refuses to help me, they will need to redo site completely. Nice!

For those complaining about icons missing, why not just download them from the example and put them in the correct directory? Just a thought.
