I found the porblem, but now I have problems in the settings.
simple mobile The theme that will be sent to a mobile user. Desktop users will receive iTheme2. I save this settings but it doesn’t work on my iPhone, i have no answer for this. Sorry for spaming…
It depends of the user device recognition method (chosen in the Mobile Pack plugin). Take a closer look at these settings.

I tried out, but i cannot find a failure. I selected “Browser detection” and than the simple mobile theme. If i cannot detect the failure i can give u my permissions if u want. i have no other solution for my problem.

I love the theme, however, how would the site display for people who view the it with a feature phone (generic broswer)? After all only 1 of 3 phones on the market are smart phones.
Again, I love the theme…I just want to include all visitors

You shouldn’t worry to much about that. Most of nowadays mobiles can handle it quite well. Not only smartphones.

Can this theme handle custom post types?
This is template, not WP theme
But no, Simple Mobile (WP version) don’t use any custom post types. This makes it compatible from 2.8 version.

1st, nice template. Im experiencing problems. After the “Mobile Redirect” using ( if (screen.width <= 550) window.location = ‘http://yoursite.com/mobile'; )template opens very small not actual size. I go to the site directly and it opens fine (full size). What can i do to fix?

Make sure you have the following code in the head section on the mobile site:do you see it small only when redirected from the main site, or also when you visit the mobile version directly?

I can’t get to your mobile version. What is the direct address?
Reworked the template (which is really nice!) to fit the content of my static site – I’ve made 4 pages so far. Problem is, when people try to access it to view it on their smart phones, the site just “hangs” and doesn’t load. Any ideas? We tested on 4 different types of phones….

horizontal scroll bar on whole page BUT only on Opera Mini, with Dolphin, Google and Skyfire ALL showing NO scroll bar

I have a question please.
The theme displays just fine when viewing the site vertically on the smartphone. However, when I tilt the phone horizontally, it displays the pages flushed to the left. In other words, I feel it does not display on the entire screen when the phone is tilted horizontally.
Is there something I am doing wrong or does the template simply not support that? This is specially important for iPads.
I hope to hear from you soon as I need to deploy my project quickly.
