The favicon seems to change with the color scheme, but I’d prefer to use my own. How do I swap them?

You meant “THEMES” right? I swapped out the image, but nothing has changed. The favicon changes color depending on the color scheme…how do I sort around this issue?
No, i meant schemes. For example wp-content/themes/simplemobile/schemes/white-green/images/favicon.png

EDIT : nm, figured it out, your theme says it needs to have WP 3 .0.
I am interested in purchasing your mobile theme and to use it on a WP site with an existing desktop theme. I would like to make sure that we would be able to use your mobile theme without any problems:
According to your FAQ , the WordPress Mobile Pack should be installed to make the theme work for our case. However, WordPress Mobile Pack is not compatible with the latest WP 3 .4.1 version. Is there any workaround to this problem other than installing an older WP version?

if WordPress Mobile Pack is not compatible yet you can try to use another plugin. But anyway, I recommend responsive theme, which is a better solution.

Simple Mobile looks great! I just wanted to clarify a couple of things before I buy a couple of licenses…
To display Simple Mobile to mobile devices only, do I need to buy the Template AND the Theme? (My first projects would be in conjunction with genesis themes.)
Can a different Custom Menu be allocated to the Mobile version? – to show only minimal and unique pages on mobile.
Do YouTube videos embed nicely on the pages?

1. you need just the theme, but there is no option for different menus.
If you need independent menus for desktop and mobile versions, I recommend Website theme.

How do I edit the footer copyright date? Or where is it pulling info from?
It is showing up as copyright 2010 and I need it to be copyright 2012.

Hope you can help me on this.
My blog’s dafault home landing page is custom page I created which wont view well with the mobile theme.
I want that if they access my blog in mobile devices, the default landing page would be the latest posts page instead. How can I do this? The Reading Settings are applied to all themes so I cant figure out how.

there are no built-in shortcodes in Simple Mobile, but third-party shortcodes (e.g. from plugins) work.

Tables do not show up with Simple Mobile theme (via shortcodes)
Make sure you’ve Appearance / Theme Options / Remove shortcodes from content option OFF .

Hi There! Nice theme. I’ve had trouble with the collapsible menu working. The theme is pulling all menu items, but displaying them in one full list, rather than the submenus set up in wordpress.
Any ideas? Checked other plugins, but doesn’t seem to be a conflict.

Spoke too soon. Ok, when the theme is active (I’m using this in conjunction with ThemeSwitcher) the menu works. When I switch back over to the main desktop theme, the collapsed menu drops off totally and just lists all links.
Any ideas?

I purchased both template and theme (made a mistake there, GRRRRR !!!!) but after installing the theme in Wordpress my site gives me the white screen of death! Also, Dashboard in WP is unavailable. There’s a serious bug in the theme I’m afraid. Very dissapointing…
Are you sure you’ve uploaded theme, not template? Anyway, you can grant me an access to your admin area, so I could take a look at this. Hundreds of people installed it with no problems, so I wouldn’t assume a serious bug

I bought the Simple Mobile theme awhile ago. A client pointed out that it displays a little off center on an iPhone. You can always see a little bit of the gray background on the left side. Reloading the page sometimes fixes this.
The header image is 320×167, as it should be. But it is shoved over to the left side of the page, and it seems to only be 304 pixels wide when I capture the screen.
