Hi, pre-purchase question: Will this theme also work with Prestashop? I am testing both Opencart and Prestashop as my two favorite cart systems. I really like your theme by the way.

Themes for OpenCart (or any other platform) can’t form on PrestaShop (or any other platform). This is impossible. This theme for OpenCart only. OpenCart platform more good than PrestaShop and easy to use.

Ticket system is useless! It says I have tickets open, but I don’t have ticket numbers as they were filed ages ago. It says if you have lost your ticket number to file a new one, but it won’t let me file a new one.

When on non responsive the header doesn’t expand to fit screen on iPhone or when on tablet screen vertical. It pushes over to the left side.

Please help.

Support offered only in ticket system. You should alsays use your existing ticket number (even if you used it year ago) if this is the same theme. If you losd your ticket number write your email address and I will say your ticket ID. You should always know your ticket ID and don’t loose it.

First of all, GREAT WORK!!!

Before you ask, I can’t seem to find my purchase code on my downloads. So, as I can’t open a ticket, here goes my question…

I’m having a bit of a hard time trying to get the “Refine Search” show on the left column of the category pages. Thing you can give us a hand?

Here is what I’ve done so far: 1. Installed the Filters module; 2. Set the layout to category, position to left column, status to enabled and saved it (in Extensions > Modules > Filters) ; 3. Created a new filter group and filters (in Catalog > Filters); 4. Edited some products and added some filters in the “Links” tab.

And nothing happens. :( Could I be missing something? I’m using Brazilian Portuguese in the Admin, could it be the case that some file is missing from my translation? (as you mentioned in item B)6. in documentation file)

Hello. Im getting really worried seeing that after a week setting up my store, the item display for Safari and Ipad is wrong. All websites I checked from this comments page (including the demo) display product incorrectly. I see you state it is Safari compatible, Mr dedalx, so I hope you have a solution for this.
