For some reason the search bar dropped down to the next line. There were no changes done to the Main navbar titles. Could you please direct me me on how to move it back up.

You need to delete your Ajax search plugin and install plugin version provided in theme archive (previous plugin version). If you will do this correctly you will not have this issue.

I haven’t loaded a plug-in for the search, I just thought that’s what you called it from looking at the theme. This came standard with the theme I purchased, from looking at the plug-ins that were installed with the theme this is what was included: YITH WooCommerce Ajax Search – something I did not do.

Please advise.

You already have tickets in system, login with your ticket ID and email to add your questions.

I can say you ticked ID by your email (please provide it). You should never lost ticket ID, this is important thing that allow you to get support.

Is there a way to switch the responsiveness of the theme off?

Our theme have two files that made for responsive – special theme CSS file (you can just empty it), and Bootstrap 3 CSS file (it combined responsive rules with regular rules. I don’t know why they do code in this way, in Bootstrap 2 this was two separated files and you can easy turn off responsive). In bootstrap file you will need fo find all “Media Query” CSS codes and delete it to remove responsive features. Or you can order this from us as service, this will cost around $20.

You already have this tables in Database, you don’t need to import it. This is not a error, don’t worry.

I#ve just a short question… I have installed the theme and everything is fine except the language details. I’m from Germany and installed the german language but a few words are in english for example “no products in the cart”...

Hello, your ticket answered 8 days ago. Please login with your ticket ID and email to see answer. You should not write two and more tickets, use your existing ticket. If you will post multiple tickets you will go out of queue and will wait too long. You should always check answers in ticket system (not in your email) because your email provider can block our system emails.

1. I just want to display product on home page. Should it is possible to remove You can buy, Find us, Enjoy Summer sections and our blog about us sections of home page from admin panel??

2. In latest product section of home page i want to display 12 product by default and in feature product section i want to display 8 product by default where you have only 4. Should it is possible from admin panel??

I am a wordpress developer. If those query is not possible from admin panel you have to give me the instruction of in which theme file i have to edit to fulfill those requirement.

As a result 8 product displayed in home page with show more button. Now, how can i control the number of product display before and after clicking show more button?? I want to hide show more button after displaying maximum amount of product as like your demo page.

Want to open a ticket, but your site gives me the error I have reached my maximum of tickets allowed.

On www.serbee.nl we have a problem. Looks like the site being hacked. Left bottom there are links implemented to sites we don’t want, and the provider asked us to create a solution as soon as possible because of spamming aswell.

May by you can tell us if this code (hack) is done somewere in the theme code.

Hope you can help us via this way.

What exactly did i need to install before i can use this theme? If I understand correctly, I’m suposed to install wordpress, then install myself the woocommerce plugin and finally purchase & install this theme and start playing with options / features included.

Is this correct?

Yes, you need just clean WordPress latest version installed. WooCommerce included with theme and will be installed with it (you don’t need to install woocommerce prior to theme).
