Hi. I Don’t seem to be able to find the answer to this on your website or here. I was just wondering if there was an option to send an auto email to the customer once the cart process has completed? I have checked all three of the plugins this theme uses and can’t seem to find anything in relation to this. Surprisingly this is something commonly missing from ecommerce themes and plugins but tends to be a basic standard practice in the ecommerce world for obvious reasons. Is this something that is available?

My biggest problem was placing an image in the teaser boxes. I don’t know what they mean by url of the image. I don’t know where to find it. I follow the documentation but it still does not work.

You can set any image from any website for your teaser i.e: http://simplicitywp.olegnax.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/08/teaser_01.jpg
Or you can upload image using “add media” button and copy it URL.
