i used my card to purchase your bunch of themes at $99 but the card not accepted even i tried 3 times with different credit cards but the paypal has deducted $3.00 from my account is your payment gateway is fake ….it seems

The menu doesnt work on mac and safari. Could you possibly update this?

Hi, I’ve a pre-buy question: I like this theme very much, but I need a vertical left side menu in home page (with or without the top menu) . Is it configurable this way? And if not, can you manage code for me and how much does it cost? Thank you.

In the case you need this feature we advise you to take a look at our Zoneshop theme http://themeforest.net/item/zoneshop-a-marvelous-shopping-opencart-theme/9136684. In the case you prefer SImplify, normally we help you with minor customization requests for free. If you ask for major customization requests which take time and effort, we will charge from $50 to $100 per hour. It will take 3 hours to fix this problem.

Hi, we had raised ticket 4 months ago for support and your answer after you understand my problem in january 2015, you said my problem will be fixed in the next version. 3 months passed and still theme doesn’t upgrade to 2.0 version. I have big problem with my store.

Please tell me if you have a support of your sales product or not?

I have to know if i have to buy a new theme.
