Your support forum does not function properly. i have questions and am unable to post new topics even after registering, logging in, etc.

Just a little frustrated with the lack of support / proper documentation.

You mentioned using simple really twitter feed. Its not obvious where to configure this feature, i cannot manually install the plugin because it must be detecting that it already exists.

To configure the really twitter feed widget you need to go to Appearance -> Widgets menu, and then add it to the Footer Twitter Widget area. See this screenshot for more info: http://grab.by/wbkE

Also, for the problems with forum, if you are logged in and still it appears as logout, you need to refresh it a few times and it will be fine.

I do not want to have any footer widgets except for Twitter. How do I get rid of the space there that would normally hold the 4 widgets below Twitter?

I can see what you mean now. To fix it you just need to add this css code to the Appearance -> Theme Options -> Custom Code -> CSS Code:

.footer-content-row {display:none}

Hello, so I downloaded the new update and tried to install it, but it won’t give me the option to change the phone number or the address, so I deleted the theme and reinstall it again and now it won’t even work, can you please let me know what is wrong here.

Unfortunately at this point we aren’t exposing any option that will allow you to configure that value.

You will have modify the theme css code to be able to do that, and this is something we aren’t recommending.

Hi there,

I have been using version 1.2 of this theme for quite some time.

I downloaded the new version of the theme today and am having some troubles updating the theme.

I created a child theme, and was using that. When I try update the theme as described in the documentation, I get a white screen. I dont know if it is something in the theme options that could be causing this?

If I do a clean install of wordpress locally, and copy my child theme over, the child theme works.

Also where do you change the logo, and move the logo to left, center or right ect, for the updated theme?

There seems to be a bunch of options missing in the theme options for the new theme?
