One suggestion: Don’t lock your paying customers out of theme documentation. I’ve been sitting here waiting in approval-land, preventing immediate engagement in working with the theme.

It would be one thing if your theme control panel was intuitive for those migrating existing websites, but I’m at a complete standstill until you approve me to access documentation. Certainly will make me reconsider future purchases of your themes.

Ok, what am I missing? I see the Paralax slider in your demo site but do not see any reference to it in the admin panel. You all really need to do a better job on you documentation. Using the same generic stuff for every template you make just does not cut it. I’m pulling my hair out hear looking for things that should be easy to find. The only thing I could find is a vid on generic “caption 1” “caption 2” and “caption 3”. There has to be more than this!!!

Hi, just checking on how flexible the home page is. Can the different elements be moved around…so that for instance the blog or portfolio with pictures appeared under the slider?

Hi, Thank you very much for your theme, it is really cool! I bought it yesterday, but I’m having some trouble in the theme options. Whatever change I make there I receive an error message, the change doesn’t go through and sometimes the links loose their color and get the default dark blue from the browser. It is hard to read the message because the text is all messed up together, but it says something about allowed memory exhausted and something in the file lessc.inc.php. When I read about the exhausted memory I though it could be something from my hosting, but it still has a lot of space and I deleted a lot of things there. Do you have any idea on what it could be? Love the theme and I want to purchase, but what happens is you don’t have a drop down menu or don’t have subsection under you main section. Will you have a long white empty bar running under the menu?

Hope this make since. All of you examples show a menu item with subsections. Any examples as I described?

Are there any options to remove that bar, when there in no submenu and from around logo? I did a comp without sub-menu items and it looks like something is something is suppose to go in that bar. Other than that it is a real cool theme.

Hello, I have been there but there is no documentation that I can find which covers the setup of the theme, the options within the theme or how it can be configured so that it looks like it does in the demo. At the moment, the site is a complete mess and nothing at all is displaying correctly. I added the slider as per your documentation, but nothing at all shows.

I am sorry to contact you on here, but I have gone though all the documentation and do not see anything at all that takes you through the theme. To top it off the documentation included seems to be broken and explains nothing about the theme and its settings.

And for the record, calling me a liar is not a very good move. I saw the message you left and it was slanderous. I have indeed read all of your documentation and can prove it with my browser history. I stated that I may have overlooked it. If the documentation exists, please show me where it is. That is all I ask, just to see the documentation that shows me how to use the theme and its settings to obtain an install like your demo. Can you provide a link to the documentation that shows you how to setup the theme so it looks like your demo or explains each item so that I know exactly what it does.
