I think i found a bug. BLOG > SETTINGS > BLOG SINGLE TYPE > BIG THUMBNAIL. When this is selected the share options on the single blog page disappear. When SMALL IMAGE is selected, the share options re-appear. I can recreate this using the demo content too.

I’m trying to do BIG THUMBNAIL and also have the SHARE OPTIONS on single blog page.

Hi Sara,

I am sorry to ask this question again but need a ‘quick’ answer (have also emailed support).

I have purchased the theme but do not want to activate it yet as your documentation ‘getting started’ says install but not activate woocommerce. We have woocommerce already installed and activated and would not like to affect our core settings. So should I:

1. Ignore your documentation (and leave woo activated) 2. Deactivate our current version of woo and then activate later in the set-up process

Leave woo activated do not worry. Keep in mind only that if you have products and you will install our sample datas, you will lost your products.

how does the ‘Related Products’ work (on product details page)? Is there any detailed settings for it? For instance, I want it to show products with the same product tags. Is this possible?

Hello, unfortunately “Related Products” are managed from WooCommerce and they are loaded randomly. You should ask to their support in order to receive more info about that.

This theme is not working with Network Solutions, it’s using FAR greater resources than NS will allocate. 5 calls to customer service and the only option is to not use this theme. PLEASE PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR THIS OR GIVE ME A REFUND.

Hi Sara,

I am looking at the live demo site, and hovering over an empty shopping cart (upper right corner in the header) produces a blank popup rectangle.

Can you please have this fixed to display a message like “No items in cart” similar to the way this is done in all your other themes.

I’m getting ready to purchase your theme but I want to know what I’m in for before I dive in. I already have a wordpress site with WooCommerce. If I upload your theme and then import the content from my existing site to your theme would that work? Am I going to lose all the data I already have in WooCommerce? I have a lot of products so I want to know the easiest way to do this without redoing all the work. Thanks!

I have a client eCommerce site built on Drupal/Ubercart, would like to rebuild it on WordPress and Sistina. We’re currently using Authorize.net as the financial gateway. Will Sistina support this gateway either directly or through WooCommerce? Or will we have to reconstruct our backend financial system?

We haven’t tested it personally, but many of our users are using it.

You could try and see if it fits your needs.

Hello! Where do I edit the contact information on the about sidebar so they are my info? And all the social buttons so that they are my info? And how do I create custom sidebars?

The Shop page sidebar is handled in Sidebars > Manager > Custom post types.

To show its option, turn OFF Enable one sidebar for all Custom post type

I now drive Maya Theme – and I am happy – but want to have some other features on the front page. This theme look great – and since I trust you as a programmer, it is ok to chouse you. But is this ok to change from Maya to this theme? The shop is going to be down for a while – so I just hope you could get me some feeling of time – and is it ok to do the change?

And is it wort it?

Unfortunately there’s no easy way to migrate all the content from Maya to Sistina. You would have to re-create all the content.

for shop homepage main slider is too small, i mean homepage I II III V VI VII top slider is small, only Homepage IV have revolution slider,

Hello, i am using sistina theme and i am trying to add UberMenu plugin with but i cant even i test that plugin on other theme it work fine, but i dont know why not working properly.. what happen, menu show fine but if any menu have submenu, by passing mouse over it will disappear…
