Hey guys. Very big problem on my mobile devices (iPhone & iPad) when I scroll down on the page to the Portfolio. I cannot use the touchscreen any more. Only when I use the border of the touchscreen. This is really bad. I am finished now. And now I discover, this problem!
What happens here? Same Problem on the iPad. System sucks in the moment I use my finger. I also cannot slide the images!!! Someone else? And how can I solve this???
Hi, An update has been released to fix the scrolling issue on mobile! You can grab the latest files from your download section.
Mike
For all of you who have the same problem with displaying the Thumbnails under a standard gallery in Wordpress. These lines of code in the standard CSS file will fix that.
#gallery-1{ display:none;!important}Mike. Just saw your comment on the freezing iPhone or iPad (problem with the Flexslider script.) Any Idea when this will be fixed. We have to go online in the very new future. And how??? Do I have to install the whole theme again after fixing? Thank you for your support.
Until the Flexslider script problem with the mobile devices are fixed. How can we display the standard page on mobile devices in the meanwhile??? Thank you!

Next step. I downloaded and replaced the new version of jquery.flexslider.js (2.0) now everything works fine. Also on the mobile devices. Except two things. The Arrows on the left and right slider are not being displayed and the active dot in the middle don’t changes the color. Could you please give advice how to correct this. Thank you.
Sorry my fault. It works with the 2.1 Version.
Download it here. http://www.woothemes.com/flexslider/ and just replace jquery.flexslider.jsAny Idea how to get the arrows and the dots with changing colors back?
Hi, This is why you should wait for an official fix to the theme. If you go about fixing it yourself, you’ll have to fix the arrows and dots yourself as well. When the official fix is released, it will address all these changes.
Mike
I really don’t get it. Please explain me this. Excuse me.
How can I write a post exactly like “Uno Identity Design”? My problem is, when I insert the slider there are THREE slider images.
I have created a post with a featured image. So far so good. Then I linked this post to a new post where I inserted a gallery with two slides. and a featured post. But the slide shows me also the featured image in the slide.
What I want is exactly like “Uno Identity Design”. A featured image in the portfolio section on the front page. But this featured image should not being also shown in the gallery slider in the post.
How do you do this? When I compare with your post “Uno Identity Design”, there is even no gallery … nothing. And it works. What is the trick here? Sorry but you really please have to explain this better for dummies like me :o)
I tried also tried [gallery exclude=”wp-image-1134”] with the image ID but no success.
Thank you so much for your support!
Hi, Not sure exactly what you’re trying to accomplish here, but please hop on the forum and we’ll take a look. http://okaythemes.com/support
Mike
Flexslider again. Mike sorry but this is – in my opinion – not really fair.
You are selling a product which doesn’t exactly do what you are promising. You promise that it will also work on mobile devices and is very responsive but it does not because of a script error. I have searched for hours and found a solution which is of course not perfect because I am not a coding guy. Normally I don’t have to do this. But you have to in my opinion. And it’s in your responsibility to fix that If you know how. You cannot say that we have to find a way to get the arrows and the dots back.
We are building up a website to go online soon to earn money and not to wait until someone else fixes the flexslider script.
If we would know this before maybe we did not bought your theme right? You should display an alert message BEFORE we buy this theme, that there is an issue at the moment with your theme according to mobile devices.
Correct me if I am wrong. Thank you very much.
Hey fella, You need to relax. I told you a fix is in the works, and it is. We’re on holiday here in the US and theme updates and support will resume shortly.
In the mean time, if you want to disable the responsive stylesheet you can do so, and it will prevent the slider scrolling bug.

Hey Mike, I am very relaxed :o)
Oh yes. I forgot that you are on holiday, sorry. Waiting for the fixed theme then impatiently ;o)
Honestly I don’t know how to disable the responsive stylesheet. But never mind. Will wait for the fixed theme. Have a nice holiday … .
No problem. I promise the theme will be fixed in no time! We support our products 100% and do everything we can to ensure compatibility across all major browsers and devices, especially iPhone and iPad.
Stay tuned!

Hi Mike,
thank you for the fix. I have changed a few things in the CSS file. Will they being overwritten when I do the update? Is it possible, that you tell us which files we have to replace to fix the bug? Thank you guys!
Yep, the files will be overwritten. When you modify a WordPress you’re supposed to do changes in a child theme so you can update the original theme. There is an article in the Okay Knowledge Base (support area) with instructions and a video on how to work with child themes.
Several files were modified, but mainly style.css, jquery-flexslider.js, and functions.php.
Mike
Hi Can i use this template with hebrew fonts this is meant all the components and type blocks(include headline) will be right to left.

Hey Mike,
The “Older Entries” on the blog homepage is not working. It just refreshes the page. How can I fix that?
http://www.brandfailure.comThanks!
Adam
Hi Adam, Hop on the forum and post this and we’ll take a look!

Thanks Mike. Child theme is of course more intelligent. Updated the whole theme with ease. Everything works like magic now ;o)
I am very pleased with your support and love the theme. Thinkin about, using your themes also for my customers.
Creative Greetings. Regards.
Many thanks, sir!

Hi!
A few quick, probably easy to answer, questions before I buy Slate:
Is it possible to link images in the slider to pages of the portfolio? Is it possible to automatic add the latest projects to the silder? Can the animation speed be adjusted? Is there a footer widget for social links available?
Thank you!
I found your video and got it. Thanks though.
Hi Mike, please help.
I have created a post with a slider on the top of the frontpage. So far so good. Is there a way to exclude this post from the portfolio below?
I know I just have to uncheck it from the category “Portfolio”, then its gone. But when I do this the theme switches to the blog template with sidebar. But I want the standard Portfolio-Template with full width. Is this possible?
Thank you.
Hi there, If you hop on the forum we’ll take a look. We generally only answer presale questions here. http://okaythemes.com/support

Hi Mike, thanks. OK. Will do.
hi there,
i’m having some problems accessing your support section. my username and password aren’t working, nor is the password reset.
any help is appreciated, emily
Hi, did you make a support account or are you trying to use your ThemeForest login? You have to follow the instructions under the ThemeForest User section on the support page.
http://okaythemes.com/supporthi, the passwords had been sent to my spam folder—should have looked there first!
i’ve posted a couple questions to the support forum but havent heard back, whats an average wait time for a reply?
again, thanks!
Hi, We don’t do support on the weekends, so that’s probably why you haven’t received a response. It’s Monday where I’m at.
Mike
imagine that, its monday here too.
was just curious how long i can expect to wait. the support from other theme developers i’ve purchased through themeforest have gotten back to me within a few hours. not trying to be pushy, just looking for an idea of what to expect.
i’ve had a lot of fun working with your theme so far, (its put together really well) and im hoping the support end of things keeps me coming back.
thanks.
Sorry, meant to mention I would be answering all questions on the forum this afternoon (which I’m doing now). I don’t have a support team, just me and another fellow by the name of Kyle, so it’s not a few hours turnaround. Fortunately, all questions do get answered and every bug gets squashed! Just need a little more time to fulfill those tickets.
Check out the forum soon, as I should be getting to your question any time now.
Mike
Hi Emily, Check out the forum when you get a chance, just posted a few thoughts on your issue!
Mike
Hello,
Just wanted to check, can this theme be used as a child theme? So that I can customise it while to maintaining the ability to keep up to date with future updates and bug fixes etc?
Regards.
Hi, yes you can use it as a child theme. There are also instructions in the support area to help with the child theme process.
