Hello, we’re really keen on this theme. Is there a flat HTML version of this theme for non-Wordpress users?

Hey,

Sorry but we don’t have an HTML version of this theme.

Thanks for your interest. Have a good day.

Really thought this was going to be a good theme! But I was terribly wrong as I’m now paying to do something with my widgets! Despite that annoying con I’m finding this theme to be okish.

Hey,

Please have a look at this section of the docs for the navigation menu. If you still need more guidance, you can always ask the support at forums.

For the review system, please ensure that you’re ticking the “Enable Review” and adding Criteria. If it’s still not working, there might be a conflict with another plugin.

For further troubleshooting, please create a topic at our Support Forums and our tech support will assist you with troubleshooting the issue you’re having.

Cheers.

I’m trying to but the code isn’t working and this is really stressful and not what I wanted AT ALL!

Is your purchase code not working for forum registration? You can also email us via our profile (scroll to see “Email ThemeSphere” on right side).

Hi

Great theme, superb. Currently reviewing 3 similar themes. I just want to point a flaw in the accessibility/usability:

On mobile view, the main navigation and the search function are amalgamated into one.

The problem with this, here, is that if I touch Search, and tap outside of the box, the search field remains selected/active. Effectively NAVIGATE disappears until Refresh page or select =_= to see pages. It’s possible to access what seem to be toggle effect by tapping on the search icon, which forces a search – seemingly needing to make a soft or hard refresh to reset the navigation UI.

I think it would be better to separate the search, and place it at the top of the page, for example. Mixing 2 separate functions into one makes the UI overly complicated.

Just my feedback…

Regards

Hey,

Thanks for your feedback. The search button in the mobile navigation certainly does replace navigate when tapped, but the mobile web standard “Hamburger” icon – which almost all mobile users identify to open a menu – remains in place and works as expected. Additionally, someone tapping on search is likely to have a one goal in mind – to search – and is less likely to need to navigate again.

Our original search design was in the top bar (above header) and upon much user demand and feedback, it was added in the navigation instead. So if you would like to have it in the top-bar, we can help you with the modifications at the forums.

Cheers.

Fair enough. Thanks for your reply. Yeh, for sure. On reflection, you’re right.

I tend to think: Search element is search, Navigation element is that – just wasn’t sure about the mixing. Each to their own, and can be customized too, for sure. Great theme…

hi there,

How i can add an author image? Thanks for the support.

Hey,

By default, in WordPress, the avatars are used from Gravatar.com based on email. To change it to custom uploaded avatars, you can use the “Simple Local Avatars” plugin.

For further support, please create a topic at our Support Forums.

Cheers.
