DO NOT BUY THESE THEME !! IT DOESN ’T WORK AND YOU `LL GET NO SUPPORT !!!

I have had many issues with the theme saving home page data as well, even as far as it not displaying text on the homepage image at the top. Anyone know why? Is it due to the WP upgrade to 3.2.1? ANY HELP ???

SEO scholar,

There are some bugs with the wordpress update. I keep getting a ‘loading’ icon when my website initially loads and tries to display the home page revolving pics.

Also there seems to be an issue with when i create a new page and they are given comments and there is no way to torun the comments off.

Have you updated this theme? The comments are turnign brutqal and it seems you are out to lunch.

I WANT MY MONEY BACKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK

I am having issues with the drop down menu in the Smoothbiz fighting the slider on the home page.

I turned off the slider javascript by renaming a file in the /wp-content/themes/smoothbiz/js directory to jquery.easing.1.3.jsxxx

I am now trying to find a replacement slider program for the home page to use that doesn’t mess with the top navigation menu.

I also put #fff as the menu background color in the theme design options and that seemed to fix the IE issues.

I’m having a problem with the menu in IE9 . Has anyone found a fix to this?

To all that have IE9 problem with canvas effects:

1. Open wproot/wp-content/themes/smoothbiz/header.php
2. Add after opening <head> tag the following code:
<meta content="IE=8" http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" />
It works for me!

I hope you can solve issue..
Author support is 0.. but template is nice!

I am trying to add images to the homepage slideshow, I also want to add a logo to the top where the sample site says SmoothBiz. Can anyone direct me. Other themes I’m done in the past have a home page in the left nav in the admin panel and I’m not seeing that in this theme.

Hello, my name is Jesse.

I am kind of newbish to this wordpress stuff with about 5-6 sites under my belt. I have had in other themes an auto propagate option. I know this is just something like uploading the database from their example site but it really helps.

Would it be possible to get that from you, the data base or what ever from the example site here: http://themeforest.net/item/smoothbiz/full_screen_preview/111549

I think this would help many people.

I won’t bother you with how to install it i would find that myself online or ask dream host.

Thank you for your consideration,

Sincerely

Jesse D ;)

portuguêsinglêsespanholAlpha Hello!

I need this theme SMHOOTBIZ HTML, is to send me?
Thank you

Dear SEO _Scholar, I bought your theme but there is one thing that I don’t understand. I REALLY REALLY NEED the slide show effect in the home page and I thought that the “Home page options” section of the admin plug-in did the job. So I filled in the following field:

HEADER IMAGE 1 (610PX BY 258PX IF USING DESCRIPTION OR 898PX BY 258PX IF NOT )

with this value: http://www.valeriamazzotta.it/wp-content/uploads/2012/08/libri.png

And filled the

HEADER IMAGE 2 (610PX BY 258PX IF USING DESCRIPTION OR 898PX BY 258PX IF NOT )

with this value: http://www.valeriamazzotta.it/wp-content/uploads/2012/08/sala.png

But this slide show didn’t come up. What am I missing? Can you please write a little tutorial to setup a home page?

Looking forward to hear from you!

I don’t think the author of this theme responds to questions posted in here anymore, so if anybody is looking to add WP 3.0+ menu system support, you can do so in a 3 relatively simple steps: 1. Register wp_nav_menu in your functions.php file 2. In header.php, replace wp_list_pages with wp_nav_menu 3. Remove “ul” tags If you don’t know php well come visit my site and send me an email via contact form: www.mcclayit.com
