You really should make an update the updates bootstrap and 2.3 and also remove all your custom styles form the boostrap.css file and place them in their own style sheet.
Apologies, this was our mistake on our first ever theme, it’s been rectified in future themes (such as the one we’re releasing next week) so that we can update Bootstrap easily and the code is nicely separated

It’s something we’re looking in to, but as you can imagine it’s exceptionally tricky to try to separate it all. I’ll keep you posted though
