i love the design, would like to purchase it but, what about facebook fanpage feeds?

Thank you for your interest. Unfortunately we haven’t been able to find any scripts to implement on the theme that would fetch Facebook fanpage feeds. If there are any scripts or plugins you are aware of please let us know so we can implement the feature.
hm okay.. what about facebook connect or facebook comments instead of normal comments… i figured out that people are more likely to comment if they can use their facebook id easy and quickly…
will there be any support for these two great features?

Adding these features seems to be very easy with plugins. We had clients that been using them on our other themes.
We tried to test plugins for these features on Socialike but we haven’t been able to get facebook application IDs because of our mobile carriers. If you have a facebook developer ID and share it with us we can test and let you know. You can send us the details using the contact form on our profile page.

Thank you for your interest. The styleswitcher (only on the live preview) is not working properly on Webkit Browsers. If you are using Google Chrome please test the background images after resetting your color preferences.

Thank you for your comment. Google Plus button was available actually but we removed it after it returned a validation error. But we can help clients who would like to add it.

one thing though: Once you have a certain number of posts, the first/previous/next/last buttons appear at the bottom…and they don’t look pretty

That’s correct, right now the only way of changing the number of posts shown via the blog template page is editing the php-file. But we will make it changable via the settings in wp-admin with an update tomorrow morning.
Hi, I have the template and love it. I have 1 issue: I added a video and used the Facebook like button then checked my status on FB. Not what I expected really. Here is an image of the result.
As you can see, it show’s a Twitter button! There is no video preview and the description is just a list of HTML tags you would normally see in a comment form.
Using the Tweet button isn’t much better either.

Unfortunately this is not up to the theme but facebook like button script. It fetches any image and text it finds on the page. We will search forums on this and if we cannot find any solution we will change it with facebook share button and let you know.

I have installed the theme but I am not able to change the colors of the post icons and they are all showing up on the right side of the post instead of the left.

Hi,
Please make sure you install the WooTumblog plugin that is inside the theme package (sources/plugins folder). It contains Socialike modifications. Before installing though, you will need to deactivate the WooTumblog you have activated right now.
Elemis, thanks, I figured since it was already installed that I didn’t need to do that part.
1 more question. My headlines/titles seem to duplicate. If you click on my blog you will see the title of the post above the post boxes but your demo doesn’t show them like that.
How do I fix this?

i love this theme – just what i have been looking for for quite some time. however, i am hesitant to purchase because there is no gallery post format. i dislike messing around with plugin on top of plugin – slows things down.
is there any chance you will be adding this in the very near future? i really hope so.

We use Wootumblog plugin for tumblog functionality and it doesn’t include a gallery post format. We will consider adding the functionality if we find any information on how we can add it.

I am on IE9 , is this the reason why I can not see it. All I see is the button that says load more tweets.

We’ve just checked your Twitter page on IE9 and it shows the tweets properly. The reason you cannot see them right now probably is related to Twitter API . If you have been refreshing the page too often you might have exhausted the API . It should appear on your end as well a while later.

But before I do I notice under the share button on blog posts only the facebook like and tweet button come up.
Would it be possible to add more social share buttons such as Google Plus, Digg etc. even if it was with a plugin such as OnlyWire?
Also, in the LinkedIn Page, does it pull everything from your LinkedIn profile or is it customisable? also is it possible to add your profile picture to the LinkedIn page?

We don’t have any knowledge on OnlyWire plugin but we can help you on adding Google+ and Digg buttons in share section.
LinkedIn can print everything (header, summary, experience, certifications, skills, publications, languages, education, additional). We have set the theme to pull everything but since some of these are not available on our LinkedIn profile they are not visible. We can also help you on pulling specific sections.
We can also help you pull the profile picture.

Just a final thought before I purchase your theme.
Is it easy to change the colour of the font on the top nav menu or does that need to be edited in the code?
And just to make sure, you only have vimeo videos in the preview – I’m assuming it is compatible to post with YouTube videos aswell?

You can change the color of top nav menu from the options panel easily. And yes it is possible to embed YouTube videos as well.

Hello there, I just bought your Theme and I LOVE IT !!! There seem to happen a few updates concerning the position of the icons and headlines. I love the look from the “LIVE PREVIEW ” version. Is it possible to change the position of the icons and also the headlines like in the LIVE PREVIEW version?
