Softymedia - Responsive WordPress Theme

How do i get a refund? I’ve emailed a few times and this theme does not work with the latest version of wordpress. When I say doesn’t work, it’s broken in 3.5. This is a poor show guys!

Hello, I have bought your theme, but the number Item Purchase Code doesn’t work on your site http://ototw.ticksy.com for questions… How can I do ? my question : I want to use it for a restaurant, so I don’t need any projects page or blog but I want the slider on the top and the others pages down. I put your demo but it doesn’t show what i was expected. Can you help me done a one page site as yours ? (french spoken)

What if I wanted to include more then one map markers on the map, is it possible? Also, what if I wanted to have another section like the about us on the home page?

Added: WordPress 3.5 Support. Added: Arrows to switch the the next or previous project. Added: Option to link to all projects from the front page. Added: Translation support Added: Allowing portrait images in project’s galleries Fixed: Scroll-to top bar do not covers the titles of the section.

Me again, I don’t know how/where to import the demo contents.xml and theme-option.txt, I would like my site to look like the demo and make my changes from this start instead of an empty site. That would make it way more easy, specially because I’m not a developer, juste a graphic designer. Thank you for your help. Answer in french would be nice

I am in need of serious help, any who has successfully built this theme into their website please help.

I can’t figure out how to edit the dummy.xml Where do you edit the #sections features, about us, etc.

I need to figure out how to set up the homepage to have the clickability of the tabs that move the page down to that area. the uploading of the dummy page really screwed me up. There is not proper documentation on how to edit any of the #sections

I also want to make the about us section a different plugin called usqaured

I am using wordpress 3.5 and I cannot install the demo-content.xml since it has been deprecated it is throwing an error. Can you please email me at logan@themediaside.com with some instructions. I am trying to get a site up quickly for a client.

I notice on your livepreview page for the Softymedia theme that the pages with sliders have text and custom buttons overlaid on top of the slider image. I would like to have an embedded vimeo video overlay on top of the slider on my front page how do I do that?

Simon, I have posted several questions on your forum and there has been no answer. I have a problem accurately navigating to front page sections from the sub-page menu, especially when trying to navigate to section#4 (contact form). I have also tried anchors. I just bought the theme and have imported the demo xml. What I don’t have is how to create the ‘Our Office’ block and the ‘Say Hello’ blocks. Are these just straight HTML, or are these configurable in the theme? Thanks!
