Premium skins for this theme are not availables now, i’m sorry. For your issue, do you already installed the Woo commerce plugin and put the shortcodes of the products in the page?

Why do you still have that skin on the website then. I purchased the theme because i was planing to use that skin. Is there anyway that I can get that skin? Otherwise I would like to cancel it. I would like to solve this matter first and talk about other matters.

You can upload your logo in Appearance > theme options > general > custom logo > set yes and upload your logo image ;)

Do you have any plans to update the the latest version of Jigoshop on the near future? I had already downloaded your theme due to the Jigoshop website stating this theme is compatible with Jigoshop 1.14 but nothing is compatible and the theme is all over the place. I have spent days trying to fix it and changed back to v1.9 but there are still many faults. Any advice? Its a great theme but it is useless to me :(

Hi,

great theme by the way!

We are in urgent need of assistance, however I’m not 100% sure you can help, if you could just let me know. We are setting up Sagepay for our site, however the form to submit a payment on the site brigs up the state/province (American) box, but Sagepay is looking for county, and it is bringing up an error, is this something you can fix or is this something Jigoshop would need to look into, we have asked them but they are not replying.

If you could respond quickly that would be appreciated!

If is an issue of the payment gateway is something we can’t fix, i’m sorry. You need to get support from the jigoshop support team, but it seems they have a very long time in their support desk (and sometime they not reply at all). Why you can’t switch to Woo Commerce?
