How do you change the count down??
Hi sarah, thank you for purchasing my template . In the documentation there is a section that explain how to change the countdown. If you have problems doing that send me an email and i will help you.

Purchased and directly uploaded it to my host and counter does NOT countdown….
Never mind, it seems to be working just fine… It was a problem with my browser… Great File!

Does not count down in current Google Chrome.

An update of the template that fixes the problem has been sent it will be available in the next few hours.
The update has been approved, you can now download the file and the counter now should work in chrome.
The Vegas plugin used for the background is not compatible with android mobile browsers. It kills the responsive aspect on our clients Galaxy tablet. Is there any fix out there for this? Others have had the same problem with the vegas plugin.
Hi, the solution will be to use another plugin(flexslider for example) for the full background slider since vegas plugin is not compatible with android device or use a fixed background instead of an animated background.
