Downloaded package contains this file in PSD folder. Alternatively you can change the header background color via theme option panel or upload your own image pattern, go to Appearance->Theme Options->Styling Options

This is probably going to be the stupidest question asked, but anyways here it is. Im using wordpress for the first time, so pardon my ignorance.
I purchased and downloaded all the files related to the soul theme from here and am using MAMP to setup a local test environment, before deploying to a live server.
The steps have been followed verbatim as provided in http://tentblogger.com/install-wordpress-locally/ to set this up and install the soul theme.
But now when I look at the website using localhost, all I see is the color scheme, and a header called Hello world, a sidebar on the right saying recent posts, recent comments, archives, meta etc. I was expecting to see the layout, options, drop down menus, the date ticker, etc..
There is probably something Im missing. Kindly advise.

1. For test environment, please do it online(in your sub directory/sub-domain) so that i can help you properly and later move it to actual site
2. Did you installed the Soul.zip file/theme ?
3. Install dummy xml contents
4. Assign your home/blog pages. go to Settings->Reading
