I can’t upload any song, completely defeating the purpose for purchasing this theme. The media upload only allows 2mb I need more space than that, and I’m using mp3 formats. Is there any other alternatives? please let me know? Thanks. p.s I think with wp3.5 most of the settings has change so some of this themes format don’t work.
This is because your web host is limiting your file upload size. Nothing to do with Soundstage theme.
Depending on the web hosting company you choose and the package you select, when uploading media files you will see the limit of how many megabytes you can upload, some web hosting companies are as low as 2MB which is clearly not enough for media files like audio/video. Most pictures are under 2MB, so it is fine for just pictures, but is not enough for audio/video files.
If you are more tech savvy you can follow the instructions below to increase the upload size or contact your web hosting company and ask them to increase the PHP max upload size or you can follow these steps below.
In most cases if you are on a shared host, you will not see a php.ini file in your directory. If you do not see one, then create a file called php.ini and upload it in the root folder, in that file add the following code:
upload_max_filesize = 64M post_max_size = 64M max_execution_time = 300
This will allow you to upload larger files to your WordPress site and resolve the issue you are having.

Hello,
In your demo content and on the demo displayed you are using Gravity Forms. Yet, there is no plugin provided with the purchase and when I research that specific plugin, I find that the contact plugin cost almost as much as the theme itself.
When I read the documentation provided – I found zero mention of anything regarding the contact form or its options.
So my question is this: When a customer purchases this theme, is it assumed that the customer will also buy the gravity plugin as well?

Still looking for a response for some of my issues I have had with the theme and have not received any feedback.

For some reason no matter what the size is (4000×4000 or 400×400) I am losing quality in the image. Once I click on it to bring up the gallery the same image I used for the featured image is coming up crystal clear in the lightbox. Whats the problem?
2.)View Cart button Missing
I can’t seem to find the short code or the section in the theme that adds a “View Cart” option in the header image like in the demo.
3.)Related Products Link Doesn’t Work
I tagged and categorized my products accordingly and they pop up in related products BUT they:
a.)Are Stacked up and unevenly spaced on one another b.)Dont have prices, links, or light up
Please help me I am almost done.

How do I get ore than 1 song to play on the music player? Is there a way to place the music player onto different pages with different music? For example, music for one artists on a page and then music from a different artist on another page?
Before I purchase, do I have the ability to change the beige boxes to just plain white? ie (upcoming gigs, audio player, etc) on your live preview.
Im going for a minimalistic look. Please respond ASAP as I need to get this built in a day for a client.
