The IE8 and IE9 browsers do not load my slider. The entire area just stays green and doesn’t load.
Seems like the same problem as grmreaper from 6 days ago. Can you please share the solution with me as well?

I really don’t understand what the problem is. I sent you an email as requested 3 days ago and have heard nothing back. This is honestly getting ridiculous. Considering buying this well-thought-out theme and would like to know why the gallery at http://iamdesigning.com/themes/spatreats/spa-gallery/ animates 3 times in rapid succession when the user clicks either < or > arrow.

Hi, Its working for us! We can see the menu drop down….and the links are working too. Can you please send us a screenshot…or is the issue specific on any browser?
I am using Google Chrome. When I drag the window to resize, the theme resizes, and the regular navigation goes away, but the dropdown doesn’t show up.

This is all I have in the header.php file for the Top Menu, I am missing the select menu:

I’ve searched the CSS and can’t figure out where to remove the backgrounds. I would like to remove the background behind the header as well as the background that is the same color beneath the slider. I want it to just be black.

Hello! As well as the question posted 3 days ago, I have another question now too. I have paypal coding on a page and it is within a table, but of course the table settings have colored backgrounds, which I don’t want…I want the default page color.
I tried putting in new css to override the table settings in the stylesheet, but it didn’t work…then I removed the references to a color…this piece of coding:
tr.even td{ background:#d4cc9a; } tfoot td { background:#d4cc9a; border-bottom:4px solid #9d9564; }
But that changed nothing. Where do I find the coding for table background colors and what piece of coding will I need to use to have the default page color as the background color?

Hello, I asked a question four days ago and people have since asked questions and had them answered.
Can you PLEASE let me know where to find either instructions, video or coding for the testimonial carousel shown in the demo template. (As I said the coding given some months ago in the commenting thread does not work and there were some suggestions something else would be forthcoming)
I can see there is a carousel.js from the notation. A quick note to point me in the right direction would be much appreciated at this point.

You can define the height and width of the logo on Admin panel or via css…also you can change the logo proposition on image editing software like Photoshop before uploading…

Got my first problem…when I made changes to the menu the small font on top of the main menu links is not there so it’s breaking the menu. Where/how do I access these menu taglines so I can either add or change them?
Ok…don’t mean to write a book here… but I figured out what the deal is. Apparently, there is no “Description” field for the menu items in the admin. Therefore, you cannot edit or even add a description which breaks the menu if try to add a new top level menu item. In other words, When viewing the live site, the main menu has a small description or line of text above each main link at the top…that is what I’m referring to. I watched your support video that came with the download and it clearly shows you entering information in a “Description” field for the menu links. This is missing completely from the admin. So I guess I need some help
