I have also been a victim of bugs after updating my wordpress to 3.5.1. I can no longer click add image and get a new row where I can choose a image. Is there any update of the theme that can solve this and where do I find that? Our how do I solv this?

I purchased this theme but I am having a few issues with it. It looks great as it is however I am unable to get the slider to do more than one rotation. Also I am using the theme for a portfolio website, and the featured image of the project copies over into the project content which is not how i wish to present each project. The footer/copyright wraps and I would like it to keep going across the page.

Please can you help, I sent an email before but got no response.

I added a new category to the portfolio but I can’t see it on the filtering menu on the portfolio page. What can I do? (the category has elements). Thanks

I am having a problem getting the portfolio to show rows of images. they just show as huge single full length images.

how can I get many rows of nice looking images? I see other people on this forum have it working with their sites.

I have re-read the instructions so many times and tried so many things.

maybe someone can help me here.

I made a portfolio page and chose a set of images. I put that portfolio as one category.

I made a page and put it as a portfolio style page. I chose the category. I chose the four column layout.

I put a feature image in.

when I look at the page, all you see is the feature image. then when you click on it, it brings you to that portfolio page—so you only see the feature image, not a row of images AND when it takes you to the portfolio page after you click on the feature image, the images come up in huge single versions taking up the entire width, while they appear in a line as you scroll down.

Can anyone tell me what I’ve done wrong?

Is it possible to get those nice rows of pics on the page itself so you don’t have to go through two steps to see that nice group of images?

and how can I get them to show up in columns either on the page or the portfolio?

another problem in your theme :

EACH time I go to the Theme Option Menu (in the left sidebar), then on “Appearance” to modified something (typo, color, etc) your original background image (http://thetauris.com/themes/spacing/wp-content/themes/spacing/img/bg/subtle.png) comeback everytime, even if I “remove” the link.

So it’s boring because every time I go into the theme option to change something, I have the same problem…

It’s a minor bug but please, do something for that !

Hi Filip, I have created 4 project posts in my Portfolio so far, but when I click on one of the individual projects and go to that page, the breadcrumbs show that it is in the Blog and Portfolio is not highlighted in my main navigation. These were definitely created under Portfolio and not as regular posts. Please help. Here’s the URL: www.brianalang.com

I bought the Spacing template but the tracker that follows the cursor over the menu bar at the top of the page doesn’t work… I have tried to remove and reinstall both WP and the theme a number of times, but it is lost. I would really like to get it back or have it fixed.

How do I remove galleries from index pages? I only want the titles to show, I already commented out the_content and “posted by” stuff from the index file but I can’t find how to remove galleries.

I fixed my last issue, the problem I am having now is my menu is empty when viewed through the dropdown on a mobile device. All that is shown is the “select page” text.

Hi, my colleague purchased your theme a while back, however when we add new work to the portfolio section, the home page doesn’t show it. It still just shows older thumbnail links. Any way to change this?

I bought Spacing about 6 months ago to use for my own portfolio site. Since then I have purchased several other Wordpress themes (for my clients) from different sources and have come to really appreciate Spacing. I had very little experience with 3rd party Wordpress themes, so when I purchased this one I didn’t have enough experience to appreciate the quality of this theme.

I have used some themes recently that were HORRIBLE. They claimed to be “responsive,” but were not. They claimed to have excellent support, they don’t… The directions that come with Spacing are well written and easy to follow. Some themes I’ve purchased come with documentation that actually just links you right back to the demo site’s shortcodes page-- obviously that isn’t very helpful. Another theme I recently bought was poorly coded and the tech support was a joke! If I ever got a response from them it was a one sentence answer that rarely made sense.

Like many previous comments mention, I have been having issues with the image lightbox feature recently. I emailed Filip to see if he knew what was up and I got an answer in less than 8 hours. Now that I have experienced non-responsive developers, poorly coded templates, and bad documentation I really appreciate the superior quality of the Spacing theme and the attentive support that Filip offers.
