Hi,

I am not able to edit the Revolution Slider in the back-end of the website. If I try to click to change the background photo or import a slider, nothing happens.

Any thoughts?

Thanks!

No sorry, we didn’t encounter this issue so far. We will update the theme package with the latest version of revolution slider in the next days and hopefully this issue will disapear.

Thanks – I just discovered that I am not able to insert images into pages either.

How are you trying to inserting images into pages ?

Absolutely fantastic support for this theme. I ran into some problems, and emailed support. They replied very quickly and spent a few hours helping me with my site, logging in and changing where needed & I couldn’t figure it out. First class!

Thank you for your reply. We are glad that you are happy with our support.

Just a quick question. On this page: http://circlecitychurch.com/directory/ – note that it is password protected. It states above the password entry box that it is so – which is fine. But below there is a statement saying that comments are protected as well – I don’t think there are any comments on this page and they are disabled – can I remove this bottom line somehow? Also, is there a way to disable the footer altogether – I think I have unecessary content in there that I want to take out – and the footer area just doesn’t need to be there. The very bottom bar with the small logo and copyright info. is fine though. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hello,

You can add somewhere in your css(main.css from css folder) this code to disable that message:

.nocomments {
    display:none;
}

For footer removal, please create a thread in our support forum.

Kind regards,

Goldenworks team.

I sent this question through regular email – but I’m meeting with my site designer tom. and I need this info for her if possible – hope you don’t mind me posting this here and getting back when you can: there is a black background-image: to the title area of the sport life theme. There is a normal title area 4 pages and a larger one for the team member carousel. I would like to change these images, how big should they be for both and where should I place the images, is there a place on the individual pages that we create for this (or the editor somewhere), or do these images need to go FTP. Thanks beautiful theme, Clark

Hello CarolSViljoen,

Envato recently changed their API and the validation on the support forum is not working at the moment. We are currently working on a fix.

Meanwhile please contact us via email and provide us a list with all the issues you are encountering with the theme.

Kind regards,

Goldenworks team.
