The styling of the main menu does not match the menu styling in the demo.
You’ll need to create a menu and assign it to the main menu area. This can be done via the Menu Manager that is located under the Appearance panel.
I’ve just installed the theme and get:

You’ve installed the download .zip and not the theme .zip so you’re getting a file path error. Unzip the downloaded file and install the SQUARED3 .zip file.
