Hello, I have purchased Starmag. It is installed correctly but doesn’t appear online as the original theme is http://faanoos.ipage.com/ The Word Press specialists at my hosting company couldn’t resolve the problem and advised to refer to you as the author. Also, I can not create an account with my current purchase code to access the item’s forum. I have found the purchase code on the file named: Starmag-news-magazine-theme-license.

Hello, we have inserted the demo; now need the full demo to appear online. I referred to the documentation but that guides how to set the home page, while we need the full demo to appear including home pages 1 to 6 and other contents. Setting homepage would be the next step we would work on. The problem is that we don’t get the full demo appear online.

Is easer, say ” use the boxed version”. if the template is responsive, is responsive.

Hello, I honestly think what upgrade to bootstrap 3 has become an urgent necessity and logic and is something that many buyers have already solicited. The creator and developer of the theme can not give answers as “I NOT CAN”, is very basic and irresponsible, considering the amount of information exists for this process: http://goo.gl/pZKYTi

Hi, I am trying to install widgets through import widget settings but when I select the file and upload it nothing happens, i only see two buttons “select all active widgets” and “un-select all active widgets” below these buttons nothing appears to be selected.

I have tried verifying my purchase on your form but it does not let me in.

The problem has been solved by simply updating the widget settings importer plug in.

Just a quick question, I already have a website with a lot stuff (post,pages etc) , now if I install this theme and import data through xml file of this theme, will I loses all my previous data?

Hello, First off this theme is awesome, second I have an issue with it. I does not display properly on iphones and need to figure our why. To me it seems like the back to top button is causing the issue. I have a screen shot but I try to make an account on your support page and can not do it. It just sits there and says please wait….

then when i try to reset password because i may have had an account before it give me an error—-> The e-mail could not be sent. Possible reason: your host may have disabled the mail() function…

Your xml file doesn’t contain all the sample data from your sample setup. How do I setup the homepage like homepage 3? I emailed and no response. It won’t let me post in your forum.

You can’t just export a full xml file and send it to me?
