It’s possible to became todo list task scrollable?

pixelgrade

Yes – with some small tweaks. You can give it a fix height and an overflow-y:scroll – so the scroll can appear.

Hi, I love the template, excellent job and I almost felt like I was stealing it for the effort that is clearly behind it. That said, I am having some difficulty with fully understanding how some elements of it are configured, like the side menu for example. I get that a lot of things are based off bootstrap, but the documentation in a lot of places just links to the bootstrap doc page, but that doesn’t really say anything about how it is setup in the template.

Anyway, is there a plan for more detailed documentation? Thanks!! :)

Hi and I`m glad you like our template.

Please if you can contact me through our profile form and let me know what you want to know more about that menu. If we find it useful we will add it to the documentation.

Thanks

Well well well, I really do like the design…. That said..

It was more than a mouthfull, for me and my brain, and my pretty hefty workstation using DW. First time I ever experienced my workstation caughing.

Actually my intention with this was to set up a frontend, with txt and charts, an input field and then let a developer take care of the SQL coding, but that Im not even able to.

I thought I more or less could drag and drop the boxes around, but that takes some effort and time..

Design good, but userfriendly NO, not for someone like me – who is not totally noob, but still nooby..

This is to hardcore for me. To bad.

If someone would care I, would like some help, couz if I can sell this setup, you got a full licence buyer. becouse the intention is making this a part of system to resell. – modified of course.

Maybe Iva just been lucky, but the temps I bought in here before was a lovely warm breeze in a summernight with some good friends at the beach, to deal with.

Hi korthaardt,

For someone that knows html markup this template it`s very easily to customize (we already have some customers that succeed to create their own applications) – you only just need to learn some more html because in fact, for demo purpose, you just only have to copy/ paste markup :)

Thanks

Hello.

I wondering wich licence should we buy. We have our administration panel for our customers websites. Now we want to use your design (template) for our administrator.

Is Regular Licence enough? Or we have to buy Extended Licence?

Thanks a lot for your answer.

And by the way: EXCELLENT JOB!!

Kind Regards, David

pixelgrade

Hi,

As Extended License is described ( “a template for a Web Service..”), I think you should buy the Extended Version.

Thanks

Can i make this work with dreamviewer?

pixelgrade

Yes, sure – it`s just HTML & CSS – so Dreamweaver will recognize the format.

Hi. Why some tabs modules have a border in the active tab? The “Regular Tabs” module for me is the correct but It works fine with three or more tabs, With two tabs, the active tab has a border too. Is this so or is there a mistake? Thank you.

pixelgrade

This is how we choose to do for other tabs – but seems a good idea to remove that border too.

On demo page, “wizards” choice appears only if I click on “editor” in “form elements” menu. Also wizard link seems to be broken. Some wizard examples will be well appreciated. I’m using Chrome v. 23.0.1271.95 on Windows Vista.

By the way, great job! Thanks

Very nice template ! Complete documentation and you can do everything.

Can you tell me where I’ll find the “other” left menu icons ? I saw a file named all-icons in img/menu_icons folder but no idea where are the others (single icons file)... I thought it was Glyphish but this was not :(

Thanks for your answer.

Justin

Hi and thanks!

About icons – I use some custom made icons, but you can find a lot of icons for free over the internet. A good set can be found here: http://www.webresourcesdepot.com/350-pixel-perfect-and-free-glyphs-icons-in-psd/

When will the menu “Menu settings” be available\compatible on IE9? It’s only visible on chrome and firefox! And I need the “Icon Menu” view. Thanks! Keep up the good work.

pixelgrade

Hi – The Icon Menu it`s available on IE10 – no plans for now to extend the support to older IE versions – the default one works very well on these versions.

Excellent theme, thanks for your efforts so far pixelgrade!

Quick question, if you don’t mind, I’m trying to replicate a menu system similar to that used in this vBulletin theme and I can get the “tile” look, but cannot get the box to change color on a hover. Any ideas?

The VB site that I want to replicate the menu is here – http://vb4.pixelgoose.com/activity.php – top right corner (whats new etc..)

This code is close, but doesn’t hover:

<div class="span1"> <div class="box color_21"> <div class="content icon center"> <a href="#"><img align="center" src="img/general/contacts_icon.png" /></a> <div><h3>Contacts</h3></div> </div> </div> </div>

Thanks in advance!

pixelgrade

Hi – did you try to put the “box color_21” and “content” directly on “a” tag ? Might work – because “a” tag have a different hover state.

Anyway – you can write some simple CSS that can do exactly what you want.

In case anyone is looking for a similar answer:

Placing the box color on the a tag didn’t work, but if you create a :hover for each of the individual color tags it does. Eg:

.color_17:hover { background-color: #6a6a6a !important; }

There may be a more elegant answer, but this worked for me.

Thanks again for the theme and your excellent work pixelgrade.

I’m glad you succeed! Congratulations and thanks for sharing with others.

Hello, I would remove the side flap of menus. Which div to have to remove it disappears, for example, index.html. I even can remove it, but instead is a black box. I wish the site would use 100% of the browser tab menus without that side.

pixelgrade

Hi – where you will place the menu items? Why don`t you use Sliding Menu state instead? Thanks

freelabrasil

Hi, I would not want to use the side menu. I want to leave the site in full page without the menus. When I remove the menus still gets a black frame in their place, I would like to remove everything and leave 100% of the browser. My system has only one page and not need menus, ok? I wait.

pixelgrade

We are not in the position to offer customize version of this template for each user, but as a solution for you: just remove entire #sidebar div, change from css the #main div style padding to – padding: 0 10px; and from body remove the line that define the background image.

Thanks

Hi – I really (really!) like the template and would like to purchase, but I have a question in respect of the correct licence for our circumstances.

We have our own CDN which currently holds all the styles for our intranet and extranet applications. The CDN is a single server and should we buy your template, the purchased artefacts would go on this server. However, we have a number of web applications that all point to this CDN for styling. Would we need to purchase a single regular licence or an extended licence?

Please advise. Thanks.

pixelgrade

Hi Stephen – as I know, you will need extended licence. But you can send an email to Envato Stuff to ask more details about that.

Thanks

Hello there! I am trying to add checkbox and radiobuttons to a Dialog window and they are not appearing correctly. Basicly I copied and pasted a dialog from Dialogs.html to the myModalDiv and they don’t work as expected. Can you guys help me on this ? I think it’s a big problem to the template.

Thanks in advance!

pixelgrade

Hi,

Don`t forget to include the js file too (js/plugins/jquery.uniform.min.js)

Thanks

I just purchased this theme, and it is absolutely awesome.

But I am attempting to port your theme to the Rails 3.1+ framework and I also have the same question “freelabrasi” has. How can one remove the menu on a landing page that is “outside the app,” yet have the menu appear once a user is authenticated?

I sent you a private message, as well, asking if there is a best practice of integrating this complex theme into the Rails => 3.1 framework asset pipeline, or is it better using this theme without the Rails asset pipeline?

I have successfully made other admin themes work in Rails, but your theme is way more complex (a compliment).

Thanks in advance.

/Hunt

pixelgrade

Hi Hunt,

I don`t have any experience with working with Rails (that ruby files are only to monitorize the sass file and generate css), so I don`t know how this theme will fit in Rails framework.

Let me know if you try and succeed to make it work with Rails.

Thanks
