It’s a nice solid base. I would like to have seen some alternative homepage animation set-ups for businesses that don’t have very good photo stock. Perhaps a smaller animation with some text alongside. Would have purchased if it had these options.
And wish granted! I made an update a couple of days ago that accomplish what you’re talking bout. Check out the live demo again.

Is the ?Scrolling News Headlines auto from the sits RSS feed?
There is no RSS going on because this is simply an HTML theme. The rotating headlines are simply HTML markup. It’s intended for you to be able to convert that into whatever dynamic method you choose to create.
The bottom footer stops wrapping and I can’t see a reason for it. Instead of going right across the page it’s just in the middle part now. I’ve cut and pasted the footer code from unedited pages but it doesn’t make a difference – any suggestions? BTW the text is fairly long with a few tables mixed in. Thanks, troy.

Instead of the footer background extending full screen, it’s now only showing in the middle, equal to the width of the main body section
Well obviously you did some editing, right? You probably have a closing div tag missing or something. There’s no way for me to know without seeing anything?

I have just installed the RC of the upcoming IE 9 . The final version should be coming after March 14th. After rewiewing my site, I noticed that the slideshow stopped working, the navigation is no longer shown. Switching to compatibility mode, all works well. Could you probably look after that and post a solution? Maybe the cycle plugin needs an update …

Cool. Perhaps you could provide a release note with the changes? I have implemented your nice Design into a php environment, so it is heavily modded. I found some other IE9 issues as well. Good to see you are still providing support.

Don’t know what exactly happened, but now it is working on my server as well. The submenus are somewhat on the wrong position, but I am surely able to fix that. Sorry to make such a hassle and thank you for your effort.

I am new to websites and I am considering this template. I am curious if you could answer a few questions. How hard is it to load images and videos from Vimeo or YouTube? Do you provide consultation for a fee regarding your templates while I am trying to fine tune my online image?
Sorry, but no I do not offer any such services. With buying a theme such as this, it’s sort of a do-it-yourself route. And you can google for loads of information on embedding youtube and vimeo videos into a website. But it’s pretty straight forward, as these services provide you with embed code for each video that you pretty much copy and paste into your site.
As a website virgin can you atleast tell me now that I have downloaded the them you have where I start with editing it to fit my business. Do I load it into another program or click something in your design download to get started? BTW its a gorgeous template.
All of the HTML files are located in the “www” folder of the download package. With purchasing an item such as this, it’s assumed that you know how to work with HTML and CSS , and realistically this knowledge is pretty much required. So, if the files you’re looking at are completely foreign, you may want to read up a little on the topics of HTML and CSS .
You can edit HTML and CSS files in any kind of text editor. There are many softwares out there that you could potentially use. I personally use Coda for Mac. A popular commercial one you might also hear a lot about is Adobe Dreamweaver.

I do have a question about You Tube full screen support. As is you have to click on the video to open it up directly on You Tube to have a full screen option. Is there anything you can do to help me accomplish this directly from the site?
You’re working with an HTML template, so you could just embed the code directly from youtube instead of having an image that links to a lightbox popup with embeded code.
Thanks for the reply. That is true but we have dozes of videos on the site and if I’m correct that would eliminate the way you have the nice portfolio thumbnail action. I was looking on the pretty photo link you provided in the source and credits and their You Tube demo is a pop up with a full screen option. Do you think it would be as simple as swapping out the newer JS? If not is this something you could help me with for an extra fee?
I’m honestly not sure what you’re referring to. I just went and checked out the prettyPhoto site and their YouTube example is the same as what I have in the theme. There’s nothing that links to a full screen YouTube video?

Hello I have purchased this theme and my website is incredibly slow now.. I contacted my isp and told them to fix the fault but they pointed it back to the theme..
this was their report: Thank you for your recent support request.
Our engineers have been able to run the site through the Optimiser.
It appears the slowness is due to it trying to load information from 95 sources on the site.
This includes 11 javascript files, several CSS files and images.
Total HTTP Requests: 95 Total Size: 541953 bytes
is there anything I can do or change to make this run more optimized so that pages don’t take forever to open?

I can see that you didn’t purchase this item. Did you mean to post under the WordPress version? If so, and your site is on WordPress, you can use plugins like W3 Total Cache to tackle the kinds of issues you’re facing.
