Oops, the web removed my “enter” between Math and Classes on my first example. I meant the two words on two separate line (one below the other) instead of one beside the other. Thanks!
No worries at all.
The instructions we provided (using the
tag) with place the words on separate line.

Just purchase this theme, its amazing and I love it. However one small problem. Is there to make the fonts on the top toolbar menu bigger? its too small to be able to read. Edit: ( I bought the Karma wordpress theme btw)
Sure thing my friend. We’re so glad you’re enjoying the theme.
The simplest method for changing the font size is to add a small bit of CSS code to the ‘Custom CSS’ section of Karma’s Site Options Panel.
From within your Wordpress Dashboard click on ‘Appearance > Site Options > Styling and CSS > Custom CSS’
Use this CSS code and adjust to suit your needs:
.top-block .top-holder { font-size: 12px; }If there’s anything else at all we can do to assist please kindly submit a ticket on our secure HelpDesk so that our dedicated support team can gladly assist you further.

Thank you for the quick reply. Another question. I would like to remove the Iphone on the contact page if possible. Thanks
Sure thing my friend. You will simply choose a different page template other than iPhone template. (ie. Right Sidebar page template)

TrueThemes offers a Shortcodes Plugin. Is that recommended for use with Sterling?
Or might it possible be built-in to Sterling? If it doesn’t duplicate functionality, it looks to be quite handy.
I like the HTML doc that came with Sterling. Look forward to following it when time allows the install. If there is some kind of more intensive guide, like a PDF, I will study that too.
Hi there,
Thanks so much for your Sterling purchase my friend we sincerely appreciate it.
The Vision Shortcodes plugin is a great addition to the Sterling theme. Many of the Vision Shortcodes also come already built into the Sterling theme. Vector social icons and pull quotes are currently exclusive to the Plugin.
Aside from the included written documentation Sterling also comes with a fabulous set of Training Videos: http://vimeopro.com/truethemes/sterling-wordpress-theme/
We hope this is helpful my friend.
Cheers
When clicked on Insert Short code icon i can see the drop down menu but when i choose any of them it doesnt open anything, I just get a dark transparent screen

I love the look but am having a series of issues with Sterling. I’ve submitted 6 trouble tickets and only got a real solution on 1. The others “can’t be done” or “we’re too busy” or “hire a programmer”.... for simple things like just getting the blog category to show up in the header/banner instead of the blog name only. How hard could that be? But one needs to know where to make the change, and you guys won’t tell me.
My latest ticket is asking for help because NO SIDEBARS are showing up at all. They are created. They are called in the WP posts… but none show up. I really hope this ticket will get a positive response.
In one ticket, I added several exclamation marks to make a point and I was scolded in your response for being impolite. Well, how else does one communicate frustration? Perhaps your support people should be a little concerned about that, insterad of my punctuation.
I have purchased both versions (html & wp) of your theme. Love them both for their visual impact but am NOT happy with the way the support has gone for the last two weeks. Also, I have to wait an entire day with each ticket to get a response and it’s hard to make any progress that way. Where are you guys located anyway?
I think others should know that support can be a real issue. Sorry, but that’s been my experience so far, unfortunately.

Also noted is that we are available to help provide guidance on minor adjustments to the theme’s default code however any custom coding that is modifying the default functionality of our themes is unfortunately not covered within support.
We’ve just responded to your latest ticket and we hope to continue to serve you the best way we know how.

Great job on this theme – I have already purchased and look forward to using it.
Do you happen to know if it works well with the Royal Slider plugin sold on CodeCanyon?
http://codecanyon.net/item/royalslider-touch-content-slider-for-wordpress/700256If so, are there any special steps that need to be taken to deactivate the default slider that comes with the theme to prevent it from interfering with Royal Slider?
Thanks!
Hi There,
Thanks so much for your Sterling purchase my friend!
We’ve not worked specifically with Royal Slider plugin but we’ve just reviewed everything and it looks like everything should work very nicely with the Sterling theme.
If you run into any questions along the way we are very happy to guide you in the process.

Hello support team,
It does not display a image file on a page when using image_frame shortcode.[image_frame size="full-fourth" image_path="http://example.com/wp-content/uploads/path_to_image.png" description="hoge" link_to_page="http://example.com/wp-content/uploads/path_to_image.png" target="_self"]The html code generated is like<img src="http://example.com/wp-content/uploads/" alt="hoge" width="197" height="133" />Sure thing my friend.
We’ve just responded to your Support Ticket via HelpDesk. Full details inside ticket.

I have a pre-purchase question. My client wants a custom background on the header… it’s curve starting on the left side of the page. Would this be possible to do on the Sterling theme? I have a fairly good knowledge of coding, but don’t want to break the theme!

Hi There,
Thanks so much for posting the grpahic my friend.
Yes it looks like this can be done with a small bit of CSS code.
The CSS will like something like this:
header { background: url(new-image.png) 0 0 no-repeat; }If you’ve got a more complete website mockup pleaee kindly post and we’re very happy to further review and provide more detailed instruction.
Hope this is helpful my friend

Hello,
Awesome theme. Great Work and flexibility through the entire template. I have purchased the theme and I would like to translate the Front End into another language. Can you please instruct how?
Thank you
Sure thing my friend.
There are a few options for multilingual site-translation.
The comprehensive and more ‘professional’ solution is achieved via the WPML Plugin: http://wpml.org
WPML is a very powerful plugin that enables you to provide translated text for every part of your website. Please note however that WPML does require you to provide the translated text. This is the most accurate and professional method of translating a website.
Another great and much quicker/easier option is by using the Google Wordpress Translator Plugin: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/google-translator/
Google Translate is an awesome service that enables you to begin translating your website within minutes. The only downside is that Google uses “machine translation” which means that things like grammar, proper language may not always be rendered correctly during a translation.
Both great options. Just depends on your desired needs.
Should you require any further assistance please kindly submit a ticket on our secure HelpDesk so that our dedicated support team can gladly assist you.

On my own I’m having a little trouble getting cu3er licensed. But if there’s a video on it, I haven’t got to it yet. The cu3er site brags about a new Javascript version. Any chance we quality for that?
You called the videos “fabulous” and while I trust you (of course!) I was a tad skeptical. Many support videos for other software are silent, and the lack of a human voice makes them harder for me to concentrate on and get the info from. Yours benefit significantly from narration. Thank you. I’m making notes, and learning.
Importing the XML file to create a version of the Demo page is as you say a good starter approach. I look forward to doing that next.
I purchased hosting so I could develop a website using Sterling, get it approved by the client, then use Backup Buddy to move it to the client’s hosting space. Replacing their current site. Had planned to do the development within an add-on site for my hosting
- so I could have other sites under simultaneous development at the same hosting -but wasn’t sure it all would play well together, so Im doing this first site at the top level.I’m still in the Gee Whiz stage of discovering what Sterling is capable of. Whatever the complete opposite of Buyer’s Remorse is, that’s what I have.
IOW, I’m delighted.
Re licensing, one site costs $55. Some mega thing costs in 4 figures. Is there now (and in the future) no intermediate license? Say 5 sites for $149 or some such?
Hi There,
Thanks so much for your kind words my friend.
The CU3ER slider is all ready to rock. JavaScript fallback is included with everything outlined in the Training Videos and no additional licenses required.
Sterling currently only has the $55 Regular License. Licensing options are set by Envato/ThemeForest so we’re unfortauntely unable to provide a different license at this time. Envato has talked about possibly offering a Developer License sometime in the future which may be in the ballpark of what you’ve mentioned.
Hope this information is helpful for you. Shoukd you run into any support questions along the way please kindly reach out to us via our secure HelpDesk so that our dedicated support team can gladly assist you.

I’m very unhappy that I purchased this theme. It doesn’t work! I just installed it and it looks NOTHING like the live demo. There are absolutely no menu bars anywhere, its just a breadcrumb and thats it. What the heck is going on?!!!
Hi There,
There are a few items to setup after installing the demo content (assigning menus, etc). It’s about 5-10 minutes of setup and site will be a great framework for starting a new site.
We highly recommend to follow the Training Videos for step-by-step instructions to get things up and running:

EDIT: I got the menu figured out, but how do I make a sidebar to the right of the homepage appear!?? And for the menu, I had to actually add a custom link to my wordpress site for the Home button.
EDIT: Problem solved. But I still don’t know how to edit the top toolbar. Adding in a menu widget doesn’t seem to display it at the top.
Sure thing my friend, we’re very happy to assist.
We’ll just need to take a closer look at your current setup so we can provide solution.
