Form is not working….there are two spots that say which do I put the email address in…following that do I need to do anything? take them out of a folder? Anything? please help ASAP
Only replace the first(top) one.. Then thats it ..

I thought you were asking about a different theme(907 WP theme) of mine and hadn’t realized you were talking about “Stitched Landing Page”.
This is HTML template. You could probably edit it for a under construction page.
