I’m using StrataVersión: 1.9.1, does this version includes the latest plugins update?
I’m asking because i’m seeing on my LayerSlider plugin a message that reads:
“You need to authorize this site in order to get upgrades or support for this plugin. Purchase a license or enter an existing purchase code. “
LayerSlider version its: 5.3.2, so I think there’s an update.

Yes, newer plugin version is included, and you can upgrade Visual Composer by performing following steps:
1. Please make sure main theme is activated while performing other steps
2. Go to Plugins page in your WordPress Dashboard, locate Visual Composer in the list, deactivate it and delete it
3. You will see message that required plugin is missing at the top of your WordPress Dashboard
4. Install the plugin and then activate it
Is this the same procedure for LayerSlider WP?

Unfortunately, we don’t have tutorials. However, you can import our demo site to your WP instance and check how we have used options and elements.

Hello there, unfortunately im having a tons of problems on this theme specially, 1st of all this theme somehow complicated and some of the dashboard not even working good. however i tried to fix them manually but nothing happen, was waiting like 5 months then get back to it and update it to the latest vision as 1.9..
now nothing is working! VC not working, errors everywhere, menu freezing, website load so slow, and jquery not loading. please i need a fast help since this website made for my company. thank you very much and i hope to get fixed soon.

I have a problem: my site was infected, I cleaned it up and after that I see that the theme does not recognize the settings anymore and it’s reverted itself to defaults.
The settings are there, I tried to click “Save” in an effort to re-apply them in the Qode Options, but no luck. The theme still has default colors/fonts/everything.
What can I do? Please advise. Thank you.
