Hey, I have a second Problem. I have no shadow borders on all my images (http://www.nils-snake.de/archives/category/allgemein)

and there are problems with the letters ä,ö,ü etc.

Hi snakeman,

You should use Image shortcode for display a image with shadow. Learn more from here

For the letters ä,ö,ü etc, you should use http://cufon.shoqolate.com/generate/ to re-generate the fonts. After done the work, move the file generated to ”\striking\fonts\” folder. If you still have any question, please email me ( Kaptinlin@gmail.com ).

I’m just about to buy your theme! It’s excellent for my use, but i’m not sure how to deal with ads. Do you plan to make an update with more support for dealing with multiple ads in sidebars and maybe also elsewhere on the page? Maybe also with a rotating function?

Miles ahead of your competition already, but for me this would be the icing on the cake… :o)

I have do nothing to the header tags. You can use Html syntax for the color e.g. <h3 style="color:#00ffff">Text</h3>

Is it possible to have the height be adjustable for the 3D and Accordion style sliders too? Love the look but really need height to be able to change. Awesome theme though!

I have include the source of piecemaker under ‘recource/src/piecemarker/’ folder of the zip package.

First, you need to change the height of flash. Open piecemarker.fla, change the document’s height to what you needed. Then publish the swf file to ‘striking/piecemaker’ folder.

Second, Open piecemakerXML.php which located in ‘striking/piecemaker’, change the imageHeight to the size you want.

Third, Open ‘striking/framework/helpers/themeGenerator.php’, locate the function ‘slideShow_3d’, find the code below, change the height to fit you need.

Hello

Very nice theme so far. If I use the shortcode for [image] in the content area of the home page I get “[raw] my image [/raw]”...I can paste my same code into a regular interior page and it works as expected. The image shows up fine on the home page its just that you can visibly see those “[raw]” tags above and below the image. Thoughts?

I would like to know is the issue with the raw appearing on the homepage has been resolved?

i have a site needing to go live for a client soon and he wont like this on it.

also is it possible to adjust the height of the slider images in the home page of the site? Also for the current slider layout what would be the optimal image size ?

On the new homepage with blog & sidebar there is now a widget called photos on flickr. Don’t you think that will look better if the widget and the blog post will be aligned?

Also, could the distance between posts be smaller?

Please check the new homepage with blog & sidebar now. I set the page to demostrate the blog posts shortcode using in the hompage. The shortcode of blog posts have several parameter that you can make it to fit your demand.

And maybe i could make a option for the distance for posts ? Now you can change the distance through css file.

I have to say that the first site I did with this template my customer didn’t like it what i did I was able to completely restyle a whole new look and feel in under six hours for him and they loved it. The easy of this theme just gets better n better every time I use it.

Can I ask about the buttons that you have in the Buy demo on the theme, I have tried to link the button to another page or item but I am guessing I am using the wrong code. what is the best way to activate links in these buttons without affecting the design.?

I have to say, this theme kicks a*s. No question about it.

The only issue I am having is when I use the Wordpress 3 menu system and create my two menus, then save it, the only one that “takes” and actually shows up on the website is the menu I selected for the footer.

I really like this theme, the admin controls are fantastic!
