I’m just reading reviews on different frameworks by smashing magazine http://wp.smashingmagazine.com/2009/05/27/wordpress-theme-development-frameworks/, what made you go with zillaframework for this theme? and what’s your fav framework?
I’ve purchased your theme but after installing this error appears: Fatal error: Call to undefined function register_nav_menu() in /htdocs/public/psi/wp-content/themes/studeo/functions.php on line 18
What can i do?

Hi there! I read through the instruction manual as to how to set up a blog. However, I love how in the preview of the theme each post merely has an excerpt, and then a “read more” link. Any advice on how I can make this happen for my blog? Right now, it’s just showing each post in full when I go to my “blog” tab in the navigation.

Hi Orman! Awesome job as usual with the theme.
I have a question. The “Leave a Comment” section is showing at the bottom of every page. I would like it to only appear on blog posts—not all pages. Is there a way to do that?
Thanks for your help, Anna

Oh, sorry! I found the answer over at your site. Thanks!
Hi Guys,I love the look of your themes. This one in particular has peaked my interest. I have a couple of quick questions regarding the theme
firstly with the current lightboxing plugin you are using for the portfolio, is there an option to display the images in a group, allowing a prev and next button? (like in classica) or could the lightboxing plugin be swapped out for another, fancybox for example (i know you cant give advice on specific plugins but generally is it possible?)
also is there any working examples that you have to show yet of other users using the Studeo site? id be really interested to see the customisations put to use.
Thanks heaps, loving your work!
Hi,
1. Unfortunately not, not without modification anyhow. You could of course swap out the lightbox for another however that’s just the container, you would need need to modify the underlying functionality to show all images.
2. We do not have a whole bunch of examples no but this one is particularly good http://westwerkdesign.com/
Hi, I like this theme very much (and I see I’m not the only one!) and would like to buy it and make use of it but was wondering about a few things before I rush ahead and find myself with difficulties I didn’t expect. 1. Is it straightforward to make the site one column instead of having a side-bar? (Is that just a setting or does that involve something more complicated?) 2. I saw another question asking whether the flickr widget could be replaced by a picassa widget and you said this would not be possible. Forgive me if I am a bit ignorant but can’t any other widget (or many others) be substituted for that flickr widget? Is it not that simple? In the same vein, could one not easily replace the twitter widget in the footer also? Or is that also fixed? Could making such changes be more be feasible if you knew a quite a bit of CSS and HTML ? That’s a long question so I’ll make it the last! Again, I am very keen to buy and start working with this theme. Also, is it possible to somehow read through the forum to get a sense of what changes people are making, having issues with, finding answers for? Not to ask any questions on the forum but just to read through some questions and answers. I just wanted to make sure I can customize the theme as I hope to be able to do. Thanks for your time.
Hi,
1. You can choose to not have a sidebar, by leaving it empty, but you may fins you run into quite a a few CSS issues. You will need to widen up every part of the content which currently does make way for the sidebar. A CSS job.
2. Unfortunately not. You can choose whether or not to show the widget, but we have not included a Picassa widget with the theme. If you can find one elsewhere, then sure.
3. You can hide/show/relocate any widget in the theme. But you can only use the widgets packed within the theme by default. If you use any plugins which give you extra widgets, then you can of course use them.
4. Forums are for verified customers only but we’re pretty handy. If you had any trouble using the theme then just ask. If you wanted to “modify” the theme, then you may need to work with a developer.
