i bought this theme and i have added an rss news feed to the site. it has changed all the slideshow images on the home page…...:S

I’ve recently been notified by my hosting company that they have found and corrected exploitable timthumb.php file(s) on my account. This means that a theme or plugin that I’m using left a huge hole in security. They said that i still need to check to make sure that there are no back doors or hacks already though. Ho do I do this? Hi Gal,

The current version of StudioBox no longer uses timthumb script. It uses the built-in wordpress image resizing.

You can download the latest timthumb script from

http://code.google.com/p/timthumb/

and overwrite with the one found in previous versions of StudioBox theme. By default the latest version of timthumb has the best securities without requiring configuration.

The footer is not aligned correctly on my categories pages. I can’t seem to find the code problem. Can you check my site and advise? Home is perfect, but all pages seem like the footer is inside the page area.

I checked the site. It looks like the pages you referred to are generating 404 errors. Could you check if the links in the menu are actual links to a page.

First of all – many thanks for a excellent theme, I searched for it many weeks. Being quite inexperienced in the web area I would like to ask some help in modifications. Basically I want to minimise the header height, get rid of home page logo box/link on the left in header and also get rid of the headings “Gallery” etc. within the Gallery pages. The main idea is to fit 600px high gallery pictures with a filmstrip into regular web screens. I have browsed the header.php and style.css but did not have the balls to make any adjustments

OK, first of all support sucks to be honest…anyway. In regards to another post that is made 3 months ago: lcm404 says Purchased

Im having an issue with the portfolio…not sure if it has something to do with the recent update to the template that in part suggests:

“Image url for old versions: ( Discontinued ) Please do not fill following field, set featured image instead.”

This is true with the homepage gallery but not with the portfolio….when you want to add an image I found that you actually do have to add the link in the filed mentioned above.

There also seems to be a problem with the video embed code field. When clicking the smaller image a lightbox pop up does appear with vimeo page in the iframe that quickly redirects the user to vimeo instead of playing the video in the lightbox. __

Hi,

I managed to sort out the gallery mostly in a way I wanted it to look – large images are displayed and top of the screen is very uncluttered.

However, the bit disappointing fact was that filmstrip is not scrollable – which I managed to miss, when purchasing the theme. Basically if you add more than 10 photos, another row of the strip is created.

A wish for update is to have at least option for scrollable filmstrip in gallery mode.

Quick question: where is it possible to change default featured image size of 786×430? I would like to make my accordion images appear larger but they are always scaled down.

I have adjusted the image size in funtions/wp-three.php and haccordion.css but it only meant the image is not resized but the conaining box is still 430px high. Getting slowly frustrated, any help is welcome.

Hi,

You can do the same by editing index.php

You can replace the href links with ’#’ to preserve the styling.

Theme background images for all skins are located in the skins folder. You can edit them using an image editor or change the links from style.css

Hi,

Edit includes/home-accordion.php

Replace line 14 which is the following code

<?php query_posts( 'cat=' . m_get_category_id($studiobox_sliderfeat) . '&posts_per_page=10' ); ?>

Replace with the following codes

<?php $featuredpages="23,24,26";

$args = array('post_type' ?> 'page', 'orderby' => 'menu_order', 'showposts' => 4, 'post__in' => explode(',',$featuredpages));

query_posts($args); 

?>

The string

$featuredpages=”23,24,26”;

it carries the Page IDs. You can have any page ID. (numerical)

Pages are hierarchical with the order value you can fill when creating the page. The input field in on the right side block. This is the order value and is not based on the page ID order of how you populate the string above. Also make sure to fill the Image URL of the Page

Could you edit header.php

Line 106 change the numercial value 8000

Home will be removed if you build the menu using wp menu builder. It’ll get replaced with your custom menu once you make a menu active.
