Hello I have your Style template and all my links stopped working on the site for no reason. I have not changed anything in months. I have done all the updates with WP. I have checked all the links and I can’t find any issues. Has this template been updated from the last WP update? Thanks for you help.

Yes, your right. We’ve updated the theme recently, so you should re-download it from your account and re-install the theme, then all would be fine.

There is an url we provided inside templates documentation which refers to the developers script where you’ll find a solution. I also can say that you did a few mistakes there when edited your template, so please refer the authors script documentation and fix it

The website seems to be extremely slow loading up. Even more so on Firefox. I have tried several computers in several locations. Is there something I can do?
It also depends on your server, not only the template. It doesn’t include a lot of scripts.

Also, when the window size is smaller than the left hand nav bar (as it is on a phone) then the bottom buttons get cut off and there’s no way to scroll to them, is this fixable?

You should warn on the homepage of the template that you can only use one type of gallery at a time.
I have bought various templates at Themeforest and this is the first one with this kind of problem. And I just saw at the your forum that several users have this complaint.

Are you sure? With this template you’re allowable to create any amount of gallery types btw. As you can read throught our forums we support there only wordpress customers. All the others are supported by mail or our support ticket system.
