Are the featured posts and thumbnails below set and controlled from theme options in the admin? Any limit to the number of featured items?

Featured Posts are controlled easily by just adding the post to a Featured Category set by the admin in the Theme Options Panel. There is no limit, and both normal blog posts and portfolio items can be added and removed from the featured list at will.

The theme isn’t widget ready at the moment, but support for widgets will be added in a future update if there is enough demand.

Most of the extra features are set using Wordpress’ Custom Fields to keep things easy to use, and easy to change.

Is there a possibility for multi-level menu? How does it look like?

No there isn’t support for sub pages.

Is it possible for the slider to slide smoothly instead of just jumping over?
