Hi,

I get an e-mail notification about new up-date of this theme. I would like to ask how can I make the update of theme. The wp dashboard of theme does not showing any possibility for updating. Can you recommend me method for updating, please?

Big fan of qode, but lately I am highly disappointed in support. Long time waiting on replies and SO much time wasted by folks not reading (detailed specs of the error. Perfect example -> Case #397195

well, so far a “workaround” provided did nothing to fix the problem actually made it a bit worse. And we are 2 weeks dealing with 1 case that is a bug for sure, but support refuses to answer questions for 2-3 days at a time and when they do does not bother reading details.

I needed to change the color of green across the entire site so i went to global options and made the changes, but it’s not showing up on my site. It’s still the same color that it was before. Can you please help?

Hi Qode, We are having an issue with the latest version of Subway/Qode’s Visual Composer and having Yoast SEO enabled. The Qode Custom Fields on the editing page doesn’t load. There aren’t any console errors. Any suggestions?

I have the social icon code correctly in Header Widget Left, however, it not showing at all. I also made sure that the font-awesome folder was in the CSS along with the folders in there.

Which our code implementation is the same as above.

I have checked the settings under the Qode Settings, to make sure the Header Top is On under Header/Footer.

Is there any other settings I am missing? It’s not showing Firefox, Safari, Chrome or IE. Any browser but the code is there in the view source code.

I am a possible new buyer that like your theme but I found some problems that I like to know if there is a fix or workaround.

Is there any fix for “steps” on mobile platforms? http://demo.qodeinteractive.com/subway/steps/ Module “steps” don´t show on mobile phones.

Is it possible to add a background video at home top main slider instead of a picture?

BTW “theme options” always on on left side don´t hide on mobile platforms. Just in desktop and it is very annoying.

Are this already be notice and there fix?

Steps module should appear on scroll on smaller devices – tested on iPhone 6 plus, Nexus 4 and Nexus 6. Please double check this feature.

In regards to the video instead of the image, this feature is possible.

As for the ‘theme options’ it’s just for demo purposes. This is not a feature of the actual theme.

Thanks for your fast replay. I can confirm that “steps” don´t work on android galaxy note and galaxy tab. On phone galaxy note show a blank page area in “steps section and on galaxy tab shows only the arrows but no images.

- With a little CSS tweak our support team can provide you with this can be done. Note that this will affect layouts above 1000px wide due to responsiveness feature. Under 1000px this menu will stay hidden as it would be initially.

Hello! I purchased this theme twice and the one I purchased today does not have a Purchase Code in the text file for WP Layer slider. It’s blank, so I can’t authorize it. I tried the Purchase Code from my other purchase and it won’t accept it either, presumably because it’s already being used. But the Purchase Code is blank in my latest download…can you assist? We had to remove purchase code, as we are not allowed to share our extended license key, but you can still use plugin, activation is only for auto-update. When purchasing extended license key needed to include plugin with the theme, we are responsible for providing updates of the plugin, with theme updates, so you don’t need activation of auto-update :)

Hi, I have a question:

I want to use the Latest Posts module or a shortcode that allows me to use the full content of the blog post and not the excerpt. The reason is that the excerpt does not allow formatting and puts everything in one paragraph, ignoring the paragraph breaks, and all our posts are workouts that are short, but easier to read if the movements are each on their own line and we lose that formatting with excerpt.

Also, is there a way to use that Latest Posts module and allow only ONE post to show instead of a minimum of 2? I want the latest post with full content to show, only. If the module cannot accommodate that, is there a shortcode that might allow me to do this? Thank you!
