I gave up on the theme. Love the design, but I stopped the project. Can’t wait 10 days for support to deal with issues. I’m migrating the client to a different theme. I will probably check this theme in the future if support get better, but not now. Downgrading the rating as well.

I have been waiting two weeks for an answer on the support forum. I can’t wait that much for each ticket. This is disappointing because it is a great theme but support is slow.

We replied to all of your tickets. I know there can be delay in handling tickets, but we will handle all of them. We hired more people to do support and we need time to train them. Visual Composer is outdated. Can’t update it! What’s the story?
Subway is based on custom version of VC and we will update it once it’s necessary for theme / web site to function properly, as we did that 2 months ago.
Well, everytime I save a page a lightbox pops up and says VC is outdated. Can’t close it, have to click update. Then it messes up my texts with lots of \\\\
There is probably problem in the content of your page, some shortcode is not closed properly. Can you inspect that? What version of the theme do you have?
everything closed. No open tags etc. It’s a new page with only one row.

You should change your ftp client to binary mode and then copy all files again.
It’s woefully unclear how to download and install LayerSlider WP and WPBakery Visual Composer. Where in CodeCanyon can I download them without having to purchase them? They aren’t included in my Themeforest downloads.
For anyone not finding the plugins, they are located in the plugins folder of the uploaded subway.zip theme file. Not in the master download. FYI

Did you update theme, WooCommerce and WordPress to latest version?
All are latest version. I had to setup a fresh WP install to get it to quite. Still having demo import issues though

Per install instructions, there is no WooCommerce CSS checkbox showing in “settings” for me to uncheck. I’ve searched.

I love your themes, we have bought 2 already and plan to continue buying because they are nice and SUPER easy to use and assemble!
One question. We are using the tabs for Subway for one page but we have way to many tabs, some with short text, some others with very long text. The result is that the whole tab looks messy, like with no alignment. You can look at it here: http://bit.ly/VI6FS0
Is there a way to align the tabs so that they fit from side to side or at least to make them look nicer???

Do we have another update with this theme. It seems like from the last May update, I couldn’t edit my layerslider. This is what I get whenever I clicked the filename of layerslider I wanted to edit => “Fatal error: Unknown: Cannot use output buffering in output buffering display handlers in Unknown on line 0”. Also, how do I scale the images here?

you can’t update Visual Composer by yourself as we aren’t allowed to distribute licence keys based on ThemeForest rules. We have in our to do list to include latest version of Visual Composer. Thanks for your note

Once we are done with testing new Visual Composer version with our theme we will include it in our theme update and once you update your theme to the latest version you can install and use latest version of Visual Composer.
