First of all on belhalf of the UOU Apps team, I would like to thank you for your purchase/interest in Glocal,

As you can see we’re working very hard on enhancements in order to offer you the best possible experience and we’re always there to answer your questions (we will be sharing with you a roadmap very soon).

We are currently reaching a level where developers are spending 1 to 2 hours per day on tickets and this is affecting the developers’ workflow and slowing down the enhancements rhythm

Therefore I would like to kindly ask you to only open tickets if you have critical bugs, while if you have questions about the theme please ask them directly on the comments section and I will answer them or add them to the FAQ section and you will receive a reply within 48-72 hours

The current situation is that there is one developer working full time on Glocal and another developer working full time on metrodir and the current number of sold items barely cover the salaries of the developers, so once we’re cash flow positive we will recruit a person dedicated to the tickets and will be able to provide more tailor made support to cover you needs

So I kindly ask you to be patient & supportive and to reduce the number of tickets you open and keep them exclusively for bugs fixing, all other issues & questions not related to bugs should be asked directly on the comments section.
