Hi! Thank you for this wonderful theme. I just want to know how I can get my JWplayer license offered with this theme.
Sonia
Hi there,
The JW player that comes with the theme is the commercial version, you do not need to get the license, it’s integrated into the theme.
Hi GhostPool: in your theme is activate on the main menu the tab Bodypress drop-down menu have a option MEMBERS , everybody can go to MEMBERS and look any profile (no registered users) how can i configure to only registered users can look profiles ?? kind regards
Hi there,
Since this relates to the BuddyPress plugin you’re probably better off asking this question at http://buddypress.org/support.
Note: I’ll be happy to answer your questions over at the support forum where I offer all my support. The reason for this is that the comments section is not easily searchable by other users. Visit http://www.ghostpool.com/support where we’ll be happy to answer any questions you may have. Sorry for the inconvenience but we do point this out in the help file, item page and your theme options page.
Hello, I have to say that I am really amazed by this template. My question is: Is there a Content management system? I believe there is but just to be sure before I buy this temlate. Thanks
Hi there,
How do you mean? SuperMassive is built for the WordPress system which is itself a content management system.
Hi is this theme SuperMassive: Business WordPress/BuddyPress Theme mobile responsie ? thank you
Hi there,
No unfortunately not. You might want to take a look at my Bounce theme which also supports BuddyPress and is responsive.
http://themeforest.net/item/bounce-responsive-business-wp-buddypress-theme/2324726hi thank you, but Bounce is not what I am looking for. did you SuperMassive: Business WordPress/BuddyPress Theme with plugins for mobile ? how does it look like?
2. if I make purchase and we can not make necessary changes can I give it to you back this theme?
Hi there,
1) SuperMassive should work well with the premium version of Wptouch (but not the free version). http://www.bravenewcode.com/product/wptouch-pro/
2) Refunds are handled by Envato and will only be issued if the theme does not work or advertises a feature it does not have, so in this case you would not get a refund.
Ok GhostPol thaks for reply
re 1) please let me know does work well with free WP plugin mobilepress or plese check it out thank you let me know. appreciate it
It’s unlikely it will work as the plugin needs to convert the shortcodes used on the SuperMassive homepage and it probably won’t do that. It is also over 2 years since it’s been updated so I would not recommend using it.
Hi, i have a few questions: i need to make a website for a college where there will be: 1. few static pages 2. n no. of students can register and get to upload their stuff (text or images) 3. posts gets segregated on pages as events, alumni, job posting and existing students. 4. after login, students can view some pages, otherwise those pages should not be visible. Would i be able to achieve all the above points with your SuperMassive theme ?
Hi there,
Yes you can achieve all 4 points with SuperMassive. You will need to use the BuddyPress plugin that is supported by this theme to allow users to upload their own content.
Hello. First of all. Great theme! Just bought it and the backend is just wonderful. Great job. One question thou, I am having trouble inserting my logo in the custom logo image field. It gets uploaded without a problem but it does not insert into the field.
How can I get this to work? Thank you.

Hello,
I have tried joining your support site, but when I enter my Purchase Code, it asks me to enter my email address. When I enter that, it goes back to asking me for my purchase code. At any rate, I had trouble with the blog shortcode, and also, I don’t get that sign up link showing up. (Login Shows up but not sign up) Otherwise, this theme is great and is working well.
Hi there,
Please try registering to the support forum again, if it still doesn’t work let me know.
As for the sign up link issue, make sure registration is enabled from Settings > General.
After server migration my sites that were built with supermassive have broken sliders. I have read everywhere trying to find the issue. A couple of examples: http://haymoreendodontics.com and jewelrybuyermiami.com any ideas?

How do we add a sidebar into the Buddypress pages?

Hi, I just setup this theme and added one blog article. When I go to the category page the post title and body are appearing on the right of the sidebar instead of below the featured image. It looks really messed up. Is there a stylesheet issue. I just downloaded the latest version. You can see the image here: http://www.austininsuranceexchange.com/screenshot.jpg

Does the theme allow both group and site-wide forums?
Hi there,
Yes it does.
Both are shown on the demo here:
Group Forums http://ghostpool.com/wordpress/supermassive/buddypress/groups/quickly-transform/forum/Site-wide Forums http://ghostpool.com/wordpress/supermassive/forums/ http://ghostpool.com/wordpress/supermassive/buddypress/buddypress-forums/
Hi there,
Thanks for a great theme. Iv noticed your support forum is down? Iv got a bug that i’m hoping someone can help with. My home page video slides don’t pause when you swipe between them. They continue you to play over the top of each other.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Tom
Hi there,
While the support forum is currently down you can email me your questions via my ThemeForest contact form at http://themeforest.net/user/GhostPool#from (you need to be logged in to see it).
Hello,
I would like to combine BuddyPress with MultiSite such that each paying user in BuddyPress can create their own blog and have it available to other logged-in BuddyPress users but NOT the public. How easily would that be done in this theme?
Thank you! Hannah
Hi there,
SuperMassive works with BuddyPress and Multisite so users can create their own blogs, however I’m not sure how you would only allow paying members create blogs and visit other bogs. You may be able to do this with a third party plugin such as s2Member.
Thank you so much! That is great.
The slider functinality doesn’t work any more (since last WP update). I get this error message instead on my Home Page : Oops, you haven’t set your slider up correctly. Make sure you have created some slides from Slides -> Add New and slide categories from Slides -> Slide Categories. And I can’t make it wirk again Can anyone help me? Tx
Hi there,
This has been fixed in the latest version of the theme. To update the theme refer to the help file that comes packaged with the theme.
Hi Tx for that quick reply, but I’m currently using Version 4.1.1 which seems to be the latest, and I still have the problem
The latest version is 4.3.1. http://ghostpool.com/help/supermassive/changelog.html
Tx, I don’t understand why my back office doesn’t propose to me to upgrade and tells me that i have the last version…
How can i force the update? (I’m using WP 3.5)
Force the update? You have to update manually, did you read the help file on how to update? Please see:http://ghostpool.com/help/supermassive/help.html#updating
For further support please submit a support ticket at http://ticksy.ghostpool.com
Yes, tx. I guess i’ll have to download again the Theme and re-install it.
I’m sorry, I’m probably a very unexperienced user, but I followed the instructions and downloaded again the Theme, but I can not upload twice the theme in my Back office (WP tells me it’s already there) and as said earlier, the one i use does not propose any notification update. Also it doesn’t seem possible to submit any ticket on http://ghostpool.ticksy.com : The page is static once logged in. Can you help?
Static? Plenty of other users are submitting support tickets without any issue, so I’m not sure what problem you’re having.
Just to confirm the URL is http://ghostpool.ticksy.com as I got it wrong earlier.
I mean i only see this : http://www.yawye.fr/wp-content/uploads/2013/01/Capture-d’écran-2013-01-14-à-22.12.48.png With no “submit ticket” button
You need to sign in or register an account first. There’s a massive box to the left, did you miss that?
no, i hadn’t but seems the FB connect wasn’t working… I’ll register with a new email address. thanks for your help
hi, i don’t know why today appear the nav bar and buttons on the top of main slider. my code is; [slider name=”slider” width=”980” height=”400” cats=”18” margins=”-70,0,0,0” nav=”1” shadow=”shadow-xl” align=”aligncenter”] you can see on: http://www.metalfin.es/ it’s too strange. thanks for your support

Would this suit a mag – is it responsive ?
Hi there,
The theme can be used as magazine theme, however it is not responsive.
Hi,
It looks like a very nice template. I want to ask some questions before the purchase.
Can you explain a little bit more how the “login” plugin works? Users can register in a automatic process? What I can do when I login?
Sorry for my english.
Thanks for your time!
Hi there,
The login template (it’s not a plugin really) just allows users to sign into their registered accounts. Without BuddyPress all this really allows them to do is comment without entering their name every time unless you give them permission to post etc. With BuddyPress they’ll be able to access a front end profile page, post in the activity stream and a whole lot more.
